Easy access to everything from this centrally located property. We provide an integrated stay with the lowest priced tour, transport and car rental options. Our property is walking distance to the largest Hypermart, multiple shops, restaurant, coin laundromat and souvenir shops. We may not be a 5 star property but it's absolutely a memorable stay. We are 10 mins drive away from the airport, 10 mins away from the old BSB town and is 5 mins from the happening Gadong. a Truly value for money.

Bunut 22 is a cozy and quiet house in a residential area of Tanjung Bunut. It is away from the noise of the highway but conveniently near enough to an array of restaurants, cafes, and small shops. It is also not far from the famous Jerudong Park, just a 10-minute drive away! The house can comfortably host six guests with its 100% fully furnished interiors and amenities. The kitchen and barbeque place is ready-to-use. For your convenience, we use a contactless self-check-in and check-out system.

It is the largest room in Motel Arsahrin which is situated on the 1st floor. The front balcony has its own cat litter and will be suitable for your cats to hang around. There is a washing machine at back balcony if you need to do any laundry. We also provided a small stove, only for light cooking and a mini refrigerator to keep your drinks cool. Me and my wife used to stay here and we love cats. Its a cat friendly place. Hope you would love the room as much as we do. Regards, Mu'iz Rahman

AZ cottage is a modern colorful interior concept. Our home is suitable for couples, groups of friends, business travelers and families. Fully kitchen equipped with refrigerator, induction cooker, microwave, dishes and etc. Walking distance to mini mart shop (mostly closed at 9.30pm). 10 mins walk to bus stop just across to the main road (take bus no 42 and 45) for only pay $1 per trip no kidding :-) and reach to town in 20 mins (depends on the traffic & many stops).

Comfortable, Spacious, Peaceful, Relaxing and Clean Apartment, with quiet environment and top notch security. Close to everything Bandar Seri Begawan has to offer at a really reasonable price. The Apartment is very close to the sultan’s palace - Istana Nurul Iman. It is also centrally located, about 5 minutes drive into City center, Kiulap and Gadong commercial Areas. The Apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids).

Checkin are smooth with the help of Putra :) Cleanliness, comfort and amenities and are SUPERB. Pantry are located just nextdoor if u need anything, shops and restaurant are just nearby if you want to grab something. Overall we enjoy our stay and this place is recommended!

Me and my friend stayed here for 10 nights and it feels like a home. 😁😊 I think, if you have to do your work, you need to request to put you near from thr modem. but all the rest is good.
