Beachfront vacation rentals in Sèmè-Kpodji

It is a great place to be if you are exploring Benin and love a good scenery, in a neighborhood that gives the home away from home vibe. The environment is peaceful, the house is beautiful and hospitality was top notch. We loved the proximity to supermarkets, restaurants, beaches and the airport, other interesting places. Overall, we received a warm welcome and enjoyed our stay.

Good and safe location with a less than five minutes walk to the beach. Many restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean, beautiful and spacious. A descent size kitchen. Chirac the manager did a wonderful job helping with anything you need for a pleasant stay.

We had a great time at Florence's apartment. The apartment is close to several places of interest in Cotonou. The neighborhood is quiet. Spacious and very well equipped apartment. the accommodation has many advantages, starting with its beautiful swimming pool, a real plus for stays under the Cotonou sun. It is spacious and deep towards the bottom, ideal for swimming. That said, a few missing tiles and an unusable pool ladder (because it has no steps and is poorly fixed) should be upgraded to ensure safety and comfort. Rooms are spacious, well ventilated and all equipped with mosquito nets, an essential detail for peaceful nights. The garden is nice, well maintained, and the veranda invites you to relax. The presence of a caretaker, day or night, adds a real sense of security to everyday life. The living room, very spacious, is quite dark, but this is typical of homes in Cotonou. Finally, a point of attention: the third bedroom does not have its own bathroom. Although a toilet is accessible in the laundry room, you have to go through one of the other two bedrooms to access a shower.

Florence's place to stay in Cotonou is absolutely perfect for our group of 7! The location is ideal ( close to airport , beach), the impeccable cleanliness and the hosts are very welcoming. Florence allowed us to check in and out "without stress" with its time flexibility The pool accessible at any time is really a real plus. House employees were very kind and respectful. We had a nice stay and recommend this property.

We had a great time. The apartment was large and matched the photos. It was also extremely clean. We felt safe; the night watchman, David, was very friendly. The street that leads to the accommodation, not paved, is quite dented, but the apartment is close to the beach and many restaurants. I highly recommend it!

1. The Space is very beautiful, clean and everything is very new, right from the box. 2. The color themes and accessories are beautiful and comfortable, it is a good home to rest and feel comfortable 3. I visit Cotonou very often and this is one of the best locations. It is private and very very accessible to central business district, beach, recreation and everything you need. Just about 10mins drive from everything 4. The host is amazing and super responsive. Together with his team they volunteered to help and support us through out our stay. He offered lots of suggestions and was ready to support all the time. 5. Highly highly recommended. 💯

I honestly would give this place a higher rating if it was available. Best way to describe it is a green mini haven. Super easy to find. Very walkable to the beach. Private and spacious. The neighbors are super kind and welcoming as well! The staff is beyond welcoming and the caregiving and response is insane. I’m pretty sure Mr. Ibrahim had his phone glued to his hand because his response time is wild lol. Hands down the best rented space I’ve been in and it easily made me fall in love with Cotonou even more! I would recommend 100% the pictures and description don’t even do it justice it’s even better in person!

I stayed here with my friend for two nights and we enjoyed our stay. The location of the home is very good and a walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bar etc. Elisabeth was super helpful on our arrival day and we're super grateful. I'll be booking this home next time I visit Cotonou.
