Beachfront vacation rentals in Sèmè-Kpodji

It is a great place to be if you are exploring Benin and love a good scenery, in a neighborhood that gives the home away from home vibe. The environment is peaceful, the house is beautiful and hospitality was top notch. We loved the proximity to supermarkets, restaurants, beaches and the airport, other interesting places. Overall, we received a warm welcome and enjoyed our stay.

Good and safe location with a less than five minutes walk to the beach. Many restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean, beautiful and spacious. A descent size kitchen. Chirac the manager did a wonderful job helping with anything you need for a pleasant stay.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans l'appartement de Florence. L'appartement est à proximité de plusieurs lieux d'intérêt de Cotonou. Le quartier est calme. Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé. Florence et son personnel ont été disponibles tout long de notre séjour. le logement présente de nombreux atouts, à commencer par sa belle piscine, un véritable plus pour les séjours sous le soleil de Cotonou. Elle est spacieuse et profonde vers le fond, idéale pour nager. Cela dit, quelques carreaux manquants et une échelle de piscine inutilisable (car sans marche et mal fixée) mériteraient une remise à niveau pour garantir sécurité et confort. Les chambres sont vastes, bien aérées et toutes équipées de moustiquaires, un détail essentiel pour passer des nuits sereines. Le jardin est agréable, bien entretenu, et la véranda invite à la détente. La présence d’un gardien, de jour comme de nuit, ajoute une vraie sensation de sécurité au quotidien. Le salon, très spacieux, est assez sombre, mais cela reste typique des habitations à Cotonou. Enfin, un point d’attention : la troisième chambre n’a pas sa propre salle de bain. Bien qu’un WC soit accessible dans la buanderie, il faut traverser une des deux autres chambres pour accéder à une douche.

Le logement de Florence à Cotonou est absolument parfait pour notre groupe de 7 personnes ! L'emplacement est idéal ( proche aéroport , plage), la propreté impeccable et les hôtes sont très accueillants. Florence nous a permis une arrivée et un départ « sans stresse » avec sa fléxibilité horaire La piscine accessible à tout moment est vraiment un vrai plus. Les employés de la maison ont étés très gentil et respectueux. Nous avons passé un bon séjour et recommandons cette adresse.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement était vaste et correspondait aux photos. Il était également extrêmement propre. Nous nous sentions en sécurité; le veilleur de nuit, David, était d'ailleurs très sympathique. La rue qui mène au logement, non bitumée, est assez cabossée, mais l'appartement se situe à proximité de la plage et de nombreux restaurants. Je recommande fortement!

1. The Space is very beautiful, clean and everything is very new, right from the box. 2. The color themes and accessories are beautiful and comfortable, it is a good home to rest and feel comfortable 3. I visit Cotonou very often and this is one of the best locations. It is private and very very accessible to central business district, beach, recreation and everything you need. Just about 10mins drive from everything 4. The host is amazing and super responsive. Together with his team they volunteered to help and support us through out our stay. He offered lots of suggestions and was ready to support all the time. 5. Highly highly recommended. 💯

Die Unterkunft war noch schöner als auf den Fotos und wir haben dort jeden Moment genossen. Yves stand uns jederzeit zur Verfügung und hat uns bei allen unseren Anliegen unterstützt. I honestly would give this place a higher rating if it was available. Best way to describe it is a green mini haven. Super easy to find. Very walkable to the beach. Private and spacious. The neighbors are super kind and welcoming as well! The staff is beyond welcoming and the caregiving and response is insane. I’m pretty sure Mr. Ibrahim had his phone glued to his hand because his response time is wild lol. Hands down the best rented space I’ve been in and it easily made me fall in love with Cotonou even more! I would recommend 100% the pictures and description don’t even do it justice it’s even better in person!

I stayed here with my friend for two nights and we enjoyed our stay. The location of the home is very good and a walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bar etc. Elisabeth was super helpful on our arrival day and we're super grateful. I'll be booking this home next time I visit Cotonou.
