Jill's place is awesome. She is one of the hosts who just goes above and beyond ensuring the guests have a great time. The unit was super tidy and self contained - equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Very good breakfast was provided as well (including bread, butter, jam, eggs, fruit, muesli) and she even left some sweet treats for us :-) just beware that the signal isn't the best, but we didn't mind at all. The location was perfect for our start towards Arthurs pass :-) Very much recommended and would definitely stay again :-)

Tom and Kat were amazing hosts! Great communication plus our arrival was seamless. Their property/house was absolutely stunning and was perfect for our stay. If we are ever in Christchurch again we will be staying here.

Tranquil and beautiful location beside the lake. Great to take a walk to the domain and see the birdlife.

Suzie was very helpful, friendly, and communicative. Was quick to respond and reply to any questions, queries, or issues that we had. Highly recommend and would certainly stay there again

I would highly recommend staying at Chas’s beautiful place if you are looking for somewhere beautiful & relaxing to get away from the rat race. The spectacular views were amazing

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. Karen was kind enough to light the fire when we reached there and she introduced all the farm animals to our daughter and fed them which was the highlight of the stay. The surroundings are serene away from hustle. Can easily say one of the best farm cottages we have stayed. Highly recommended and would love to visit again! Thanks for the great stay Karen!

Loved our stay! Amazing views and super cosy house with everything we needed 😊 We will definitely be coming back! Jess and Nico were awesome hosts. One thing to note for families with kids: Master bedroom is upstairs and the other two bedrooms are downstairs.

A peaceful, private home away from home. Very spacious. Lots of drawers and wardrobe space to put all your stuff in. Handy to Tai Tapu wedding venues but also only a short drive from Christchurch. This was our second time staying here and we'd happily stay again.

I had a great stay with James and couldn’t recommend the place any more! He is super friendly, the house is absolutely beautiful and the property is amazing and really conveniently located. Seeing the cows from the bedroom window is such a bonus. It was only a ten minute drive into town and just off the main road back into Christchurch. I’ll definitely be staying again next time I’m in NZ!

This is our second time staying. Stephanie is so kind and warming, it makes our stay more delightful. The surroundings are beautiful and we got clear views of the Milky Way and we were lucky enough to see an aurora! She let us see the farm animals again which we were most excited for. I couldn’t recommend a better place :)

An amazing stay to celebrate my Mum’s 80th birthday with family. A stunning home, clean, well appointed, private and peaceful. The kitchen is well equipped. An easy space to prepare dinner for our group. We loved the gardens including the sauna and the spa pool. Great communication from our host with very detailed and clear instructions on how things worked. Many thanks for providing such a wonderful space to share with my family. We look forward to staying again when next in Christchurch.

Lauren and Dylan were amazing hosts while we stayed for a school holiday snow trip. From the moment we arrived we felt at ease and they went out of their way - even making us apple crumble to take up the mountain. The cottage was warm and cozy with a great shower and bath to relax in after a day in the snow. Waffles the dog was a major hit with our kids and the sunrises were incredible. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Heather was incredibly kind and gave lots of recommendations for both the local town and Arthur’s Pass. I would highly recommend this place for either a short or long-term stay. Just be aware Google Maps gets you to the right road, but not the right driveway.

Fantastic stay! Generous host with excellent communication. Spotlessly clean! Warm, affordable, comfy bed, fabulous shower. We had everything we needed washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, TV, wifi, heating, breakfast, alpaca, deer and native birds coming to visit. Excellent cafe 3 minutes down the road. Thank you Nancy! 😊
