In the garden there is a wood-fired hot tub that can be used by appointment. There are nice paddling areas in the area. Kayak and canoe can be rented if interested. The house is a 15 min walk from Seljord city center and a 5 min walk from Dyrskuplassen. Bø Sommarland and Høyt og lavt are 35 min drive away. It takes 30 minutes to drive to Vrådal.

The house is situated in a cultural landscape. The house is an old carpenter, but with a new extension with the bedroom and the bathroom. There is a wood stove in the living room. About 25 min to Dyrskuplassen, about 45 min to Bø, Notodden and Vrådal(Skisenter), about 1 hour to Rauland, and about 2.5 hours to Oslo.

I havnene omkiter kuer, geiter, hester og sauer.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This house is 20 min from Rauland and 20 min from Seljord. Lots of nice fishing lakes if you like it, it is 5 min by car to a nice swimming area. It is very quiet here if you just want to get away to relax. Dishwasher, washing machine, heat pump/air conditioning. In the winter it is only open during holidays, send a message if you would like to go there outside of what is open in the calendar...

Trivelig lite hus

Fredelig overnattingssted med sentral beliggenhet. Huset ligger midt i Seljord sentrum. Nærme butikker og busstasjon. 2 km fra Dyrskuplassen. Utsikt utover Seljord og Seljordsvatnet. Huset har to terrasser. Parkering er et par hundre meter nedenfor huset på sparebanken din sin parkering. Det er ikke mulig å kjøre opp til huset med bil. Man følger en sti som går opp.

There are several hiking opportunities that start right outside the door, including a five minute walk to the tourist attraction "The viewpoint Flatdal". If you want a hike with spectacular views, Bindingsnuten is recommended, as the trail starts in the yard. Only 2.5 hours drive from Oslo.
