This is a off-grid tiny house We are under construction right now so we may have construction materials around for most of 2025, please understand before you book! There will be NO construction noise for your visit. Beautiful star gazing There is plenty firewood for all guests. Being off grid, we must save power and water at night almost unlimited power in the daytime Showers must be taken in daylight hours only. Due to being powered by solar only. No exceptions. GiGi's Comfy Cabin

This real log cabin is conveniently located in the country 12 miles from Williams and 45 miles from the Grand Canyon. From the front porch you can look across the valley at Bill Williams Mountain. Located just feet from the Kaibab National Forest there are many furry visitors including, elk, deer, bobcat, coyotes and more. At night the stars are brilliant in the night sky. When the moon is full you can almost count the craters on its surface. The cabin has everything you need for a nice visit.

A sleeper couch that can fit two kids comfortably. A kitchen with basic amenities. A deck that you can enjoy with a BBQ grill. It is in a working neighborhood. It is conveniently located 45 minutes from the Grand Canyon. 15 minutes to Bearizona and the Grand Canyon Railway. Flagstaff is 35 minutes away.

Have relaxing fun at this quiet country cottage. Built in 2023, it sits on 10 acres, and we, the hosts live on site in a separate home about 150 feet away. We do not have pet or cleaning fees. You'll enjoy quiet surroundings with big skies and beautiful mountain views all around from your private deck. We're located only eight miles north of Williams and about 1 point 5 miles off the highway to the Grand Canyon, all on paved road, and just a 45 minute drive to the South Gate to the Canyon.

Close to Forest Service access. Hunters welcome, home sits in unit 8 with units 19A and 19B also within minutes. Gunsight gun range is a short 10 minute drive. Located in a manufactured home development with private roads, plenty of room to park larger vehicles. Cozy newer home to use as home base or relax with the family.
