The Ulafosses are 5 minutes walk from the cabin and you hear the rush from the Ulafosses from the porch. The cabin is a perfect starting point for mountain trips in Rondane National Park, and several of Rondanes 2000 meters peaks. The cabin has 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Water must be carried in and there is outhouse. The cabin has electricity, and there are car roads throughout the year.

Jotunheimen - 15 minutes from Gjende and Besseggen.

Architect designed cabin in Sjodalen Fjellgrend at the entrance to Jotunheimen national park. The area is an excellent starting point for day trips to Besseggen, Glittertind, Besshø or Rasletind, among others. There are great hiking areas all year round, whether you like prepared ski tracks or the snow mountain in winter and mountain shoes or bike in the summer. There is an eldorado for fishing and hunting in the autumn and many mountain hikes are clear outside the cabin door on mountain skis or randone in the spring.

We live in a small shop with pets and a kitchen garden. At the edge of the courtyard in the courtyard is a single-family home from 1979. The house is family friendly with a great view. Beautifully situated log cabin 10-min drive from the center of Lillehammer. Short distance to the Birkebeineren Ski Stadium, which offers an extensive network of hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks. 15-min drive to Nordseter, about 20 minutes to Sjusjøen, both with excellent trails for hiking and skiing. The ski jumping hill is 3-minute drive from the cabin and offers a great view. 5-min drive to grocery store. For alpine skiing, Hafjell is 25 min away, and Kvitfjell is about 1 hour.

Welcome to a private and pet-friendly mountain cabin, 980 MASL, just one kilometer from the national park boundary. Here, you are surrounded by powerful landscapes. The cabin does not have running water. Stream water is available before frost. There is no indoor toilet, but there is an outdoor toilet in the outbuilding. From the cabin, there are trails and ski tracks leading into the mountains. In winter you must ski or arrange for a snowmobile for the last three kilometers up to the cabin.

The historical farm Nigard Kvarberg is beautifully located with a panorama view of Jotunheimen, in the middle of the vibrant and authentic cultural landscape of the mountain village Vågå. You will stay in Øverstuggu, one of about 50 buildings in the historical Kvarberg farm. The first floor is preserved as it was when the house was built, while the second floor is renovated securing our guests a comfortable stay. Welcome to farm!
