The flat was clean, sportless and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with the necessary essentials, and the bed was comfortable. The host was very responsive and communicated regularly making sure we felt at home. The area was quiet, and we felt safe throughout our stay. I will recommend the place for anyone who is looking for a place to stay.

I booked Eric’s place for guests on a holiday. Right from the start he was friendly and understanding. My guests were so pleased with his place. I’d highly recommend to guests travelling to Takoradi.

Beach house Butre

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Asp's place. There is a lodge on the same plot, run by Francis who was just an outstanding host - super generous and helpful whenever I needed anything. He also runs a small bar on the plot. Highly would recommend and am sure to return to this beach front paradise!

If you are coming in from Accra, don't let Google Maps tempt you to turn off the main road before AGONA CIRCLE, or you may get stuck in the mud! Once in Busua (where the house is, not Dixcove which is also a must see), the venue is well-hidden with no signage, so call ahead to have someone meet you. We experienced this house the best way as a group of coaches taking young male basketball players on an adventure retreat from Accra. It was the perfect setting. We set up a treasure hunt in the garden, organised a kite making and flying competition on the beach (minutes away), and topped it off with a bonding session around a bonfire! The kitchen is a bit small and, like the stairs going to the top, is not for tall people (low ceilings). In the living area, better lighting would help as there is a rock in the floor, and more sockets as people, even on a retreat, need to plug stuff in. Daniel, the caretaker, was very helpful. The locality is picturesque and the people are very friendly!
The exterior of a two-bedroom house is captured, showing a light-colored structure with a distinctive roof. A spacious terrace is visible, featuring tiled flooring and unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. The coastline and clear blue sky are in the background.
