Newly renovated cottage of 131 m2, on a small closed gravel road in a quiet cottage area. Large, almost completely enclosed, undisturbed plot with sun all day. Possibility for ball games, croquet, etc. The house has a wonderful large living room with lots of light and access to the sun courtyard. The living room is directly connected to the dining area and kitchen. There's room for everyone, whether you want to do a puzzle or read, play or watch TV. The two of the rooms are located next to their own distribution corridor with sliding doors to the sun courtyard.

Easy access to quiet beach (stones/sand depending on weather conditions) Short distance to Rørvig/Sj Odde/Nykøbing Sj/Sommerland Zealand. About 20 minutes to the ferry to Aarhus and about 1.5 hours to Copenhagen. Towels and bed linen are available.

Welcome to Sejrø Bay. Our cozy summer house is located in a beautiful woodland area on a large natural plot, close to Tengslemark Beach. It’s a truly unique holiday home. The house is just a 5-minute walk from one of Denmark’s best sandy beaches, which is especially family-friendly – no stones and the water deepens gradually. The surroundings are wonderfully peaceful and picturesque. The summer house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is very well-equipped, and features a south-facing terrace.

The unique and charming architecture with high ceilings and large windows provides so much light and space no matter the season, giving the house an almost Southern feel. The house is very well equipped with sauna, wine fridge, espresso machine, outdoor shower and kitchen, greenhouse, row boat, SUP-boards and more. Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Nyd de dejlige omgivelser i et af vores 2 hyggelige Tiny Houses. Kom ned i gear og hyg med vores dyr i den skønne natur, med marker så langt øjet rækker og måske en tur i kajakken eller spabadet. Lav mad i køkkenet, på grillen eller over bål. Vi har får, masser af høns, og frække katte og fra Marts kommer der små lam ude på marken. This apartment is a quite spot, located in the beautiful countryside of the north west of Sealand. You will have your own entry and bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, cosy living room area and the flexible sleeping arrangement gives you plenty of extra floor space for dancing or perhaps a family gathering. If you attend events at either the Den Rytmiske Højskole, Ananda Gaorii Resort or the Vig Festival, these venues are within walking/biking distance.

I kan nyde en lækker frokost på Havnebyens Kaffebar, besøge Ørnberg Vin, eller prøve kræfter med Sommeland Sjællands mange forlystelser. Og glem ikke at besøge de lokale loppemarkeder i Vig og Rørvig - her kan I finde alt fra antikviteter til sjove souvenirs.

Here you can spend your vacation as a hiker, cyclist, rider with your own horse, angler, kayaker, etc., as the surrounding nature offers rich opportunities.
