New Cottage in absolute 1st row and own beach at musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there is an entrance, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom as well as a large kitchen/living room with alcove. From the living room there is access to a nice big loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove Annex contains room with double bed. The house and annex are connected by a wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Hasmark has a child-friendly beach and is 10 minutes from scenic Enebærodde. Nearby there are many activities: Playground, water park, mini golf. Pets and smoking not allowed. Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Small cozy charming and authentic cottage from the 30s. 200 m to the beach, good hiking and cycling opportunities in the nearby area, public transport right to the door, lovely garden with many pretzel nooks, barbecue, fire, hammocks. The house is not modernized and is original and charming. Among other things, the toilet is located outside the house in the shed and bath takes place as a floor sink or with an outdoor shower. Welcome!

- beach house - this is for guests who want a few meters to sand and water - high-end summer house - excellent walking and hiking trails - exceptional view, location - two paddle boards free to be used - space for 8 people to sleep. In the main house there are two bedrooms each with space for 2 people. In the annex there is space for 4 people. - the annex is hearted by an electric heating machine in the winter.
