Très bonne expérience Communication fluide avec les hôtes qui sont très prévenants tout en restant discrets. Environnement calme et verdoyant avec maison jacuzzi et jardin très bien entretenus. Je recommande pour une escapade en amoureux.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Trotz der Tatsache, dass die Unterkunft auf demselben Grundstück wie das Haus der Eigentümer liegt, konnte man jederzeit für sich sein. Paris war perfekt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Auto konnten wir die ganze Woche direkt auf dem Grundstück sicher parken. Auch eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt konnte problemlos mit dem Fuss erreicht werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Nous avons eu un très bel accueil. Léa a été réactive et à notre écoute. On a passé un séjour incroyable! Un endroit magnifique dans la nature près des animaux, avec une surprenante visite de la mascotte. Hâte de revenir pour voir les futurs avancés de leurs projets. Encore merci pour tout! 😊

Tout était parfait 😍 C’était ma première expérience dans un Airbnb et que fut ma surprise en tombant sur ce magnifique hébergement avec des terrains immenses et une belle et grande piscine, cela allait clairement au dessus de nos attentes ! Les propriétaires étaient vraiment très accueillant et chaleureux et leur réactivité était surprenante. Ils nous ont offert un oignon et une pastèque avec un peu de thym pour nous aider a cuisiner notre plat, c’était adorable de leur part. On regrette vite le moment où il faut se mette à préparer ses affaires pour partir tellement on s’y sent bien ! Il y a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un séjour agréable et du début à la fin, tout était parfait ! Merci beaucoup à Christine et Gérard pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse nous a sincèrement touchés. Je vous conseil sans aucun doute ce logement, en espérant pouvoir revenir très prochainement ! ❤️

Nous avons passé un séjour très apaisant dans ce cadre très calme où il fait bon vivre. Le logement est spacieux et très confortable à tous points de vue, conforme aux photos, il y a de quoi cuisiner, le jardin privatif est superbe et les chats sont très accueillants. Les commerces de proximité sont parfaits. Nous avons pu profiter d'une exposition d'une peintre et d'un sculpteur locaux dans un lieu magnifique. Merci Soisic pour ce beau séjour, nous reviendrons.

This beautiful, peaceful property is a lovely place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of Paris, but still easily accessible by train. The close proximity to Disneyland Paris at around 25 minute's drive is also ideal. The house was perfectly clean and tidy and very comfortable, while the living area was even more spacious than the pictures appeared. The indoor pool area is a brilliant feature, with a large pool with a shallow and deep end, and a great hot tub, with the added bonus of a hammam as well. Throughout the stay, Julien was an absolutely amazing host, taking the time to welcome us and give us a tour of the facilities when we arrived, then staying in touch whenever needed for anything at all. He gave excellent advice when it came to getting into Paris or looking for local attractions, and left us fresh eggs from the chickens and a welcome bottle of local wine, even providing a swing and pool float for our 11 month old. A wonderful host and fantastic stay.

The apt was incredible and Julien was a great host. He left little surprises throughout the apt for us and even left us a parting gift. The neighborhood was very family friendly and it was great for late evening walks to cool off. Apt had everything we could have possibly needed and Julien was even able to accommodate our early check in time. Highly recommend staying here is you are visiting Paris!

The apartment is lovely! We really enjoyed our stay and especially loved spending time on the balcony. The metro station is very close-by, and it's the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring Paris :)

J’ai passé un séjour incroyable chez Véronique. Tout ce que j’avais demandé était au rendez-vous, et même au-delà de mes attentes. J’avais demandé une décoration spéciale et elle n’a pas oublié, tout était parfaitement préparé. Elle a pris la peine de m’accueillir chaleureusement, de tout bien m’expliquer et de s’assurer que je ne manquais de rien. Son logement est parfaitement conforme à la description et très confortable. Merci encore pour ta gentillesse et ton hospitalité, Véronique ! Je recommande vivement.

Perfect stay here and would recommend this place for anyone who needs a place. The view is exactly like the pictures and beautiful to wake up to! You can see the tower from the bed which is amazing. It was quiet and peaceful. It was also clean and I felt safe as a solo female traveller. There is also a grocery store nearby which makes it easy to stock up on items. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in Fred's place. The location was good - in a neighborhood away from the crowds but with a subway stop across the street. There was at least a 180 degree view of the city from the long terrace, all the tall sites being in view. The elevator runs to the 9th floor and a winding staircase leads to the apartment on the 10th. We were traveling with 45 days worth of luggage, which we had to haul up the last flight of stairs. We signed up for Fred's cooking class with a market shopping trip. This was wonderful. Fred is an excellent teacher!

Sehr netter Empfang durch Susanna. Tolle Gegend im Quartier de Belleville wo auch Edith Piaf geboren wurde. Wirklich coole, sichere Gegend wo es wirklich alles gibt: Metro, Bus, meherer Bäcker, Bistros, Restaurants und Supermärkte. Von hier kommt man mit der Metro schnell überall hin. Das saubere, sehr schöne Studio hat alles was man braucht und ist wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Wenn man in den 9. Stock fährt und kommt in das Studio und sieht den Ausblick auf Paris, denkt man nur noch WOW. Auf dem Balkon kann man mit super Aussicht perfekt Frühstücken oder zu Abend essen. Wir haben es geliebt und es hat unseren Paris Trip unvergesslich gemacht.

Heel fijn verblijf gehad. We zijn een lang weekend gebleven voor het concert van Beyoncé. De ruimte was zoals beschreven en erg schoon. Het bed sliep heerlijk en de badkamer was fijn groot. Alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig. Enige nadeel was dat de ruimte erg warm kon worden. Er was geen airconditioning aanwezig en de ramen konden niet echt open vanwege de muggen. Gelukkig hadden we wel een ventilator. De communicatie met de host was erg prettig en snel. Al met al een heel fijn verblijf gehad!

This was hands down my FAVORITE Airbnb yet! The unique, modern design of the home is absolutely breathtaking and the view from the balconies is stunning! David greeted us upon arrival, helped us with our luggage, and gave us a wonderful, thorough tour of all the amenities and. Location was perfect for exploring a bit of everything, and easily accessible. It definitely made my trip to Paris so magical…I highly recommend this place for any new or returning visitors to Paris!❤️

Die Lage war sehr ruhig, ganz nahe von DER U-BAHN. Selbst die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es war alles dabei, was man braucht. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Dusche.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Zunächst, ich bin neu hier und habe keinerlei Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren 2 Pärchen für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es gibt eine Toilette in dieser Wohnung, was in der Regel ausreichend ist. Die Bäder sind etwas ungerecht aufgeteilt. Im großen Schlafzimmer ist eine große Dusche direkt auf dem Zimmer. Das ist definitiv die bessere Wahl. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat nur indirekten Zugang auf ein Bad welches sehr klein ist und eine Minidusche hat. Das reicht zum duschen aus, komfortabel ist allerdings anders. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Die Küche ebenfalls. Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Braucht nicht jeder, sollte aber Standard sein. Platz dafür wäre reichlich. Die Teppiche im Wohnraum haben keinen guten Halt auf dem Betonfussboden. Grad vor der Küchenzeile war das nicht ganz ungefährlich. Die Wohneinheit hat keine Klimaanlage. Grad zur Sommerzeit ist das ungünstig. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Blick über die Stadt traumhaft.

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.

Très bon logement, avec une localisation vraiment très bien que ce soit pour une accessibilité en voiture ou transport en commun. Hôtes très réactifs, disponibles et arrangeant ! C’est très appréciable. Un peu chaud la nuit (mais nous étions présent sur des journées à plus de 33 degrés et des nuits chaudes également) heureusement un ventilateur était à disposition dans le logement ce qui nous a bien servi !
