Away from the roads and the hustle and bustle, it is a green setting of 2 hectares, set with majestic oaks, bordered by a rû and punctuated by a small pond.

Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a refreshing experience. From the private parking lot, you will walk through the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

Small studio cottage (20 m2) located on our welcoming and well-equipped land. You will enjoy the calm and nature a stone's throw from Paris and Versailles. You will have a private outdoor space. Located on the Véloscénie route, bike shelters and repair kit available. less than 10 minutes' walk to Igny RER C train station. Close to major roads: access to A10, A6, N118. Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental as well as cleaning.

When you wake up or at sunset, admire the panoramic view of the Provincial countryside and during the day enjoy the surrounding walks. The chalet can accommodate up to 2 adults (1x 140cm double bed). We offer a studio equipped with a kitchenette, bathroom and spacious bedroom where you can enjoy the calm of the countryside. The decoration is neat and cozy. From May you can enjoy the pool area (the pool is heated and reserved only for cottage tenants and owners) You have private access to the accommodation, a terrace for lunch and a parking space adjoining the chalet.

The 33m² cottage is surrounded by greenery with a 680m² lot on the banks of the Morin and a view of the fields. It consists of a living room with an American kitchenette, a bedroom (double bed) , bathroom and separate toilet. Possibility to park 2 cars in the courtyard.
