Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space, a quiet and peaceful stone house with an independent pool. There is a room, a living room, a kitchen ,bathroom,toilet on the ground floor. We have all kinds of supplies in the kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2wc on the 2nd floor. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and barbecue. The pool is private to the villa. Our entire building and belongings are new. We have a total of 2 air conditioners in 1 bedroom in the living room, 700 meters to the sea. The shaded castle is 3 km away.

Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the coastline,beach clubs such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca (places such as coastal beach, mali beach, Battery beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık horse bread baked in the stone oven of the village and the Armola Cheese, and you can visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house, which were later included in our house.

From there, the nearest village Ürkmez can be reached on foot in 15 minutes (bakery, supermarkets, weekly market, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants, etc...). The big city of Izmir (40 kms) can be reached by bus/dolmus (minibus) ,or by taxi . In front of the house is 50 meters away from the sandy beach. In the house is drinking water refrigerator.(Sebil) and 3 air conditioner .
