Sığacık ve civarındaki tüm mavi bayraklı plajlara araba ile 3-5 dakikalık mesafededir. Binamızda farklı dekorasyon, özellik ve ölçülerde başka evlerimiz de mevcuttur. Her evin kendine özel kullanım alanı mevcuttur.

Our seafront home offers a peaceful garden, a relaxing atmosphere, and a perfect location close to the beaches, Sığacık ,the ancient city of Teos, restaurants, cafés, pubs, and shopping areas. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home; a filter coffee machine, a Turkish coffee maker, an airfryer, a kitchen chef, and basic essentials such as tea, sugar, and salt ready for your first use. Soap, shower gel, and toilet paper; clean sheets and extra towel sets are provided.

Our house was opened in September 2023 and all items are zero. Located in the center of Seferihisar, our 2+1 house has 2 comfortable large beds in 2 separate rooms, 160x200, and a seating group in the living room. All furnitures are Butterfly Furniture. Our house, which is 5-10 minutes by car from the sea and historical spots, has a large balcony, full kitchen: oven, coffee machine, tea machine and stove, your house has a washing machine, tumble dryer and a stylish bathroom.

Our house is two independent adjacent triplex villas. THEY DO NOT SHARE A COMMON AREA. It has a bed capacity of up to 7 people individually, and up to 14 people when the two are combined. There are 3 double rooms and 2 single rooms in two villas, 3 double sofa beds on the ground floor, and 2 baby playpens. Availability for reservations over 7 people is possible if both sides are available. Walking distance to the sea and blue flag beaches

A mini chalet with a magnificent village and pond view, where you can enjoy the fireplace in winter. 5 minutes to Ulamış village center. Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the coast such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the village's stone oven and visit our village market.

Downtown and Sigacik are five minutes away by car. Quiet and peaceful, fully furnished , detached house with parking and garden. You can relax as a family in this peaceful accommodation. There is a 81 screen TV in the house, a desk, two air conditioners in the living room and bedroom separately, and a barbecue in the garden. Not available to those who do not have a private vehicle.
