Die Lage des Hauses ist genial. Wir haben es so sehr genossen. Der Sonnenaufgang ist atemberaubende schön. Ein kurzer Spaziergang und du bist in dem kleinen einfachen Dorf. Wir haben es geliebt. Die Terasse ist ein Traum und du gehst einfach aus dem Gartentor und rein ins Meer. Herrlich. Das Haus ist aus meiner Sicht eher für ein Paar und nicht für mehrere Personen geeignet. Einfach aber wunderbar. Wir können dieses wunderschöne Plätzchen wirklich zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Reisebüroteam war auch super, obwohl das gar nicht notwendig war, es gab keine Probleme. Echt traumhaft. Wir haben es geliebt!

Bayram haftasi olmasina ragmen inanilmaz sakindi Balikliova’ya bayildik. Havasi tertemiz. Bu ev tatil icin gercekten mukemmel. Mutlaka yine gelicem ♥️

I am at his place for second time and I havent had any problems. He is very kind and very easy to communicate. The place has everything needed for the best stay. Definitely I will come to his place again.

Pierre was great host. The place near to sea you can walk from home. The you will have private space in garden to getting relax. All equipment was available at the home. You will enjoy during your vacation☺️

Ev sahipleri gayet güler yüzlüydü. Evi bulmada ve giriş sağlamada hiç zorluk yaşamadık. Resimlerde görüldüğü gibi ihtiyaçlarımızı karşılamak için gerekli her şey mevcuttu. Konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık tavsiye ederim.

I stayed at this hotel last year. Rooms were problematic. Everything has been renewed this year. The staff is very friendly. The rooms really have a magnificent view. There is only a few meters between the rooms and the sea. Everything was perfect. Thanks.

Stayed here for 3 days. It was a little cold because it was winter, but the host was very kind and nice.

Nice and cozy little village. Melih and his wife were vey nice and helpful. The apartment was very clean. A great place to get away and relax close to the sea

Öncelikle ev sahibi oldukça ilgiliydi her sorunumuzda hızlı şekilde çözüm geldi.Ev içerisinde bulunan eşyalar oldukça yeterli ve güzeldi.Araba ile 5 dakikalık mesafede güzel bir sahil mevcut.Özetle hem lokasyonu hem de evi öneririm🙏

Evde ihtiyaç duyabileceğimiz her türlü eşya bulunuyordu. Çok şık ve özenle dekore edilmiş, temiz ve çok rahat bir ev. Bahçedeki limon ağacı ve oturma alanı da tatilimize ayrı bir keyif kattı. Ceyda Hanım’a ilgisinden dolayı çok teşekkür ederiz.

Ganz klar! Top Haus in einer wunderschönen Lage! Haben sogar einen welcome Snack bekommen! Ausstattung ist einfach Mega! Haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Kommen jederzeit gerne wieder! Gerade für Familien mit Kindern ein Traum da der Strand quasi vor der Haustüre ist! Bis zum nächsten Mal!

I had a fantastic stay at Gorkem's place! The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful and quite, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The access to the public beach was a highlight, and I loved the nearby private restaurants and cafes that provided lounge chairs and umbrellas for a comfortable day by the water. The location is convenient, with markets within walking distance, though be prepared for a few inclines on the way. The long seaside promenade was perfect for leisurely walks, offering stunning views and fresh air. The house itself is spacious and airy, with high ceilings that create a lovely atmosphere. It would be an added bonus if there were lounge chairs and umbrellas available at the home for convenience. Just a heads-up: the patio doors are glass, so be mindful when using them as you'll pass through screens and iron doors. I did notice a bit of an odor under the kitchen sink and cabinets, but it didn't significantly impact my stay. Gorkem was an incredibly kind and helpful host.

Konum çok güzel ,sessiz sakin bi plaji var (bizim konakladıgımız dönemden dolayi olabilir ) ,plajda yer bulmakta sorun yaşamiyorsunuz . Aksam terastan yakindaki mekanlardan gelen müzik eşliginde denizi izlemesi keyifli ,Sylvia da çok ilgili ,devamli iletisim halinde ,biz çok memnun ayrildik.

Ailece rahat ve huzurlu, bir evde olmasi gereken her seyin dusunuldugu ve evinizin hemen onunden denize girebileceginiz bir yazlik tatili icin tavsiye edilir. Ev sahibi de son derece yardimsever ve cozum odakli. Rahat ve sorunsuz bir tatil yapilabilir.

Man fühlt sich hier wie Zuhaus. Super sauber und bequem, man findet alles was man braucht (im Haus und auch in der Umgebung), Aussicht ist wunderschön. Das Haus sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Kommunikation funktioniert sehr gut. Natürlich Empfehlenswert. Danke an Herrn Gündüz! Schöne Grüße aus Wien!

The location was right across the street from the water. There are multiple places to swim from, right across the way. The cafes and markets are within walking from the house. The house was spotless with plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was functional. There were windows and balconys to let the breeze in and shutters to keep the sun out at times. The outdoor shower was convenient for the return from the beach. Wifi worked flawlessly. Serhat bey was very responsive and helpful with directions and finding our way around town. It was nice having him and his family close by. One thing that would help with the heat in the evenings would be an air conditioning unit. As much as there is a breeze, due to mosquitos it is hard to keep Doors open at night and so it gets hot, especially upstairs. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend it.
