The house is equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils. You can enjoy preparing your meals, or if you prefer, you can walk to the bazaar, restaurants, etc., discover the historical character of the city, and enjoy the sea on its beautiful beaches.

There are old houses on the street, but when you enter the house, you will enter another world. 10 minutes to Cunda and Sarımsaklı from the back road. There are 4 parking lots around. Air conditioning is provided with Mitsubishi air conditioner. Parking nearby by car is possible on Thursday evening, the market is set up.

There is a small garden, a living room, kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, and the double room has air conditioning.
