Lovingly designed apartment with box spring bed, kitchenette, small shower room with window and infrared heating, private patio terrace and private entrance in a quiet residential area. The construction corresponds to a small bungalow (28 square meters). There is free public parking in the area, in front of the studio there are 2 e-charging stations. Direct parking, about 180 m to the shore. The studio is thoroughly cleaned after every visit, disinfecting the surfaces. Check in/out via key box.

Flat just outside of Berlin

Generous and light flat with own patio just outside of Berlin: 3km to Müggelsee, 21km to Alexanderplatz, 6km to Berliner Ring (dual carriageway into the city). If you’re arriving late we can provide breakfast for your first morning (12€), please just let us know beforehand. Public transport is a 5 minutes walk, and by tram and train it takes ca. 45 minutes to get to the centre of Berlin. If you prefer discovering the city and surrounding areas by bike, we also have two rental bikes available.

The air-conditioned quiet guest apartment, with living room and bedroom as well as bathroom, is located in Pan Valley, Schwanebeck district, on the city border to Berlin-Buch, near the Helios Clinic. From the Barnim motorway triangle, we are reachable in 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car. Within walking distance in 10 minutes are Netto, REWE, DM, Beränke-Hoffmann and the Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

The small 40 sqm apartment on the 2nd floor is located on a former four-sided courtyard in the old village center. The courtyard with seating and a grill and the large garden plot with, among other things, fruit trees and shrubs can also be used. Berlin-Mitte is 30 km away, the A 10 highway connection is about 10 km. Good regional train connection to Berlin-Ostkreuz (travel time approx. 40 minutes) in Werneuchen, 2.5 km away. In the surrounding area you can (cycle) hike and swim in lakes.

The apartment is located in a former bakery in the historic Fischerkietz. With its listed houses, the street is reminiscent of a village street from the turn of the century. The castle island as well as the old town with all amenities are within walking distance. In summer you can swim in the river pool or in Lake Müggelsee. BER airport can be reached in 45 minutes by bus (162/164) and S-Bahn (45/9). If you want to combine city trip and relaxation, this is the place to be.
