A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

We rent a modern, newly renovated double room (with private bathroom and kitchen use) in the immediate vicinity of the university hospital, the vineyard campus and the Heide nature reserve. Thanks to the direct connection to the public tram network, you can easily reach both the airport, the train station and the city center. Supermarkets and the pharmacy are within walking distance. A free parking space is available by prior arrangement.

If you are looking for peace and relaxation, then you have come to the right place in the countryside. You live on the second floor, you can take care of yourself. The apartment can be rented in combination with another room for 2 people (ask me to unlock it). It's on a farm. Cats and chickens live in the farm. The surrounding area invites you to hike, cycle and drink wine. Within 10 km you can explore diverse sights.

Tiny house near the old town

In the courtyard of our Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared this small accommodation for you. Through the large gate entrance of the main house you will reach the courtyard with a cottage that is only used by you. There is also a very small bathroom and a small cooking facility with a fridge at your disposal. The terrace can be used in summer, for example, for breakfast in the sun.
