What a great place. It was right next to the beaches and a super peaceful neighborhood. Place was clean, bright and comfortable. The gym and pool were wonderful. Would stay again.

Was such a wonderful stay, The appartment is spacious, super clean and tidy with a touch of creativity in each corner, right on the beach surrounded with mountains and turquoise beach and with a huge terrace fully equipped with BBRQ and beautiful plants. Karin was a wonderful host made everything easy from start to finish we loved this place and we will definitely be back.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Mr. Khaled's wonderful 2-bedroom apartment at Marsa Gardens, Al Mouj, and it exceeded all our expectations. The apartment boasts a stunning sea view, which was a delightful treat every morning. We stayed for 9 nights, and each day confirmed that we had made the perfect choice. The accommodations were not only comfortable but also immaculately maintained, offering everything we needed and more. The decor was stylish yet cozy, making us feel at home from the moment we walked in. What truly made our stay remarkable was Mr. Khaled's exceptional hospitality. He was incredibly kind, supportive, and always available whenever we needed him, ensuring that our visit was as pleasant and smooth as possible. As a family of four, with two teens, we’ve just spent a truly wonderful 10 days at Ajwan Villa. We would highly recommend this gorgeous property to stay, if you’re after a quiet place to recharge the batteries. This lovely villa suits a family of up to six or three couples, as each bedroom comes with an ensuite. Fitted out to a high spec, with all the mod cons and everything that you may need has been carefully considered by the owners. Beautiful views of the sea to the front and mountains to side and rear of the house. Recommend you wake up early enough to take in those sunrises over the sea! The service we’ve received from the lovely owners has been fast and very helpful. We will be recommending this property to friends and family and hope to return to stay there again sometime in the future!

Peaceful and Tranquil Setting! We had a truly wonderful stay at the villa. The setting was incredibly private, offering uninterrupted views of the stunning Hajar Mountains. Fantastic Spacious Stay in Muscat – Perfect Location & Well Maintained! We had a wonderful stay at this large 5-bedroom Airbnb in Muscat. The home is beautifully maintained, clean, and offers plenty of space for a large group or family. The layout is well thought out, with comfortable bedrooms and common areas that make it easy to relax and enjoy. One of the biggest highlights is the location—just a short walk to the beach and centrally positioned, making it convenient to explore Muscat’s top attractions. Whether you want to enjoy the coastline, visit cultural sites, or explore the city, everything is easily accessible.

Very pleasant stay in this apartment. The neighborhood is very friendly and the apartment is close to the marina as well as shops/bars. Comfortable and generally well-equipped apartment even if it is missing some utensils for cooking. The pool is a big plus. Recommended! Thanks

What did we dislike? The moment we had to leave the apartment to return to Paris...! Zahir and his team are as discreet as they are friendly, as efficient as they are professional. The beautiful Qurum Beach can be reached after a good jog, a huge, very busy hypermarket is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, and peace and quiet is guaranteed! We loved staying in Lisa’s place. I was struck from the very beginning how clean everything was! What a delight to be out on the balconies and listen to the birds and the sounds of the neighborhood. You definitely feel like you are in an authentic space, nestled in between the water and the craggy mountains, the sound of children’s laughter in the streets below, youth playing football in their bare feet in the evenings and families down on the beach. What a lovely little corner of the earth! There were some plumbing issues that I’m assured Lisa will attend to now they were brought to her attention.
