We loved all things SEA…my family built this special Artist Loft Tiny Cottage Retreat. Over the years, family & guests have created beautiful memories here. The Cottage has a large fenced yard, & deck. The inside is an open layout, light and airy. It is very clean and designed with care. The living rm area has a sleeping sofa with a staircase to the loft that has a platform bed and a tiny twin cot. The kitchen is fully equipped & there is a full bath & W/D. 1 mile to Main St/1.5 mi. to Beaches.

Just the few days away we needed in the perfect location to relax- quiet neighborhood but close to the village and beaches and big shopping areas not too far out. Every room was extremely clean, looks just like the pictures. Efficient WiFi too. Wish we could’ve stayed a few more nights!

The gym area features a heavy bag suspended from the ceiling, along with various strength training equipment, including a squat rack and weights. Exercise bikes and paddle boards are mounted on the walls. A motivational mural is displayed, complementing the space.

The hosts were extremely accommodating. We had a few inquiries that they quickly responded to. We even ran into an issue while at the house with the AC not working properly and they quickly had someone to come fix this. The backyard is really spacious and my dog loved running around! We had 7 people total, a bit tight for the inside living room, but the big yard/deck and beautiful weather helped alleviate this! Overall great stay and would definitely come back given what great hosts we had!

Small one room cabin with a comfortable bed and a perfect assortment of kitchen items, GREAT beach amenities, outdoor shower was interesting change but clean and secure. Weather dependent however as there is no roof, but we had sun all weekend. Nice backyard with plenty of areas to sit and relax. Great for a short weekend away!

We had a great stay! This was our first time in the Hamptons and the space was welcoming, well located to the beach, and a nice place to chill with a beautiful garden. Check in was smooth and all instructions were clear.

We had a lovely stay at Christine’s for a family wedding at the Westhampton Country Club. Our family is from out of town and had my mother and our kids in tow. The property was quiet and peaceful. Its location close to town was perfect. The house itself was adorable, nicely furnished and very clean. My kids loved the toys in the kids room and the swingset. Couldn’t ask for more. Chris's place was a quaint, cozy spot! We felt safe with privacy yet ease of finding the apartment. It was clean and cool- love the addition of the dehumifiers to keep the air feeling fresh. We had some trouble with the smart lock system at first, but with Chris' help, we figured it out in no time! We had a great stay!
