The bedroom (overlooking trees and water) is accessible via a staircase. The apartment is stylishly furnished and has a small library.

The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. A private shower room and a spacious wardrobe are also available. Parking is available in front of the house. A jump into Lake Schlachtensee is possible on foot.
