I can not express enough how awesome this stay was! It is SO secluded, you would never ever even think it is attached to Anita’s house! It is in a great location and only 15 to 20 minutes from Colorado Springs and Manitou springs. The place was very clean and organized. It has every possible kitchen attachment you may need. I was able to cook a thanksgiving meal for my family of four while staying here. If you are unable to leave due to weather conditions or you would rather stay in. This Air B and B has tons to do! We loved the media room and pool table. We hope to make this an annual trip. Thank you so much Anita, this was such a wonderful stay for our family. It couldn’t have been more perfect!

We stayed in this apartment for nearly three weeks, and it truly felt like home. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, especially in allowing us to bring our cat, and was always quick to respond throughout our stay. This was our first experience in Colorado Springs, and it was a great introduction. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. While the upstairs neighbors were occasionally loud, that wasn’t the host’s fault, and the overall quality of the space more than made up for it. We’re so grateful for a welcoming and smooth stay during a big life transition.

Every nice place! She was very respectful and nice! She has a good line of communication! Only thing I would complain about but not a complaint is her driveway is hard to find at night speacially in fog

I tried 4 different Housing rentals in the area and Martha’s place was beyond the best. From her very comfortable home and peaceful neighborhood, to having all appliances you could need, this place is 10 out of 10. Enjoy the large TV, the comfortable queen bed, the spotless, and clean smelling home. Thank you, Martha for having such comfortable towels, cotton sheets; which are hard to come by these days. Having a side-by-side washer and dryer is always a fancy luxury, thanks for that! I really hate those stacked connected ones where the washer door can not be lifted all the way. They never clean right.

If I could rate Brenda's place with a million stars, I would. This place was amazing. We came to Colorado (from Buffalo) for a family wedding and stayed with family members in Brenda's house. Roomy, clean, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, etc. Brenda thought of every detail. Brenda was extremely responsive to any questions I had. Everything was labeled in the kitchen so while cooking I didn't have to keep randomly opening cabinets looking for what I needed. I even took home a few ideas for my own kitchen :) Even though the place is owner-occupied, you would never know it. It was very quiet. The deck, hot tub, and firepit were a beautiful way to relax after running back and forth to the wedding venue for 2 days. Waking up in the morning and stepping out on the deck to see the beautiful Pike's peak was absolutely breathtaking. I would highly recommend this home! If you have a date in mind and it's open -- don't hem and haw about it -- because it will be scooped up!

Very clean and tidy. It was perfect for our little family vacation. It felt much like home!! The hosts were very friendly and the response time was outstanding. Communicated very well and friendly!! Would definitely come back on our next trip!!

Cindy and Jason were fantastic hosts—always quick to respond whenever we had questions. This charming farmhouse had everything we needed, with plenty of thoughtful amenities like coffee, water, a well-stocked kitchen with spices, and all the essentials for a BBQ. It was great to be able to cook without having to buy everything from scratch. We also loved the soft, high-quality bed linens, and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. The location was perfect for us—very close to many sightseeing spots. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

This place is SO perfect for accessing the beauty of Colorado Springs. It is a short drive to Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak Cog Railway, etc. Awesome neighborhood with walkability to Colorado College and downtown Colorado Springs. I highly recommend this place! It is truly a historic home, with all of the awesome quirks of an old place. Plenty of relaxing space, inside and outside.

Great stay for a large family! We had an amazing weekend in this beautiful spacious home! Thi made it easy to check-in. The location was easy to find home was as is in pictures. We truly appreciated her hospitality. Highly recommend this home for a large family, very quiet neighborhood! We felt right at home when we arrived. Also every place we visited in Colorado Spring was just 30minutes or less away from the house.

This was our second stay at Sue’s and we had a great time. Sue is very proactive, attentive to your needs, and just an all out great hostess. Her communication skills are impeccable. She always checks in during your stay to make sure everything is ok. This place has all the comforts we need. It is a great “home base” for discovering the Colorado front end. Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Cripple Creek, and only 70 miles from Denver. You have Boulder and Pueblo not far either. Lots of things to do around this place. People in Colorado Springs are friendly. The shops and stores are convenient. The local restaurants are great. We will definitely stay at Sue’s again.

One of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed at! Terrific location - so close to everything both in Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs. We loved the nearby horse farm and also watching deer from the charming upstairs deck. It was a treat to go for my morning run with the trail to Garden of the Gods just up the road. The home itself is so cozy and has everything you need. We had plenty of space for our party of 4 (husband + 2 teens). Home was spotless and so well-equipped. Loved the wine fridge and the snacks/water were much appreciated as we arrived at night and needed a pick-me-up. We were in town to attend our son's graduation at Colorado College and hence were out and about most of the time - this was the perfect place to come back to for rest and only wish we had more "down" time to spend even more time there. Thank you Marcia & Brian - highly recommend!

Austin has thought of everything you might need for your stay. He has put thought, time and creativity into each room and the landscaping. He is a true artist. We had a great time doing the treasure hunt , with a valuable treasure at the end. It is truly a unique Airbnb experience. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the Springs!

Great cottage, we really liked the style. Felt at home the minute we walked in. Everything was spotless and the hot tub was a nice feature. We will definitely book again when we are in the area.
