A recently renewed building in the garden of our house, accessible with a direct bus from Lille center. An original 40 m² industrial loft, combining Northern bricks and modernity, very quiet, its access to the garden allows to smoke outside. We are solidarity hosts of the #HostForGood network. The benefit of your reservation finances a local NPO for the homeless. The price is for 1/2 persons who use only one double bed. One person more so 3 persons and/or one bed more costs 15€ more.

Our lodging of 60m² is quiet and fully equiped, for short or long stays. You will have access by foot to "La Forêt de Phalempin", its several walking paths and natural interests. It's close to all amenities and accesses : - In the village, a caterer offers excellences products. You will find many shops in Phalempin, 5min away and at Seclin's Unexpo Shopping center at 10min. - By car, Phalempin's train station is 5min away, Libercourt's at 10min, A1 highway at 10min and A23 at 15min.

I offer a spacious and bright house of 135 m² completely renovated with lots of charm on a very quiet street. It is newly and fully equipped (high-speed Wi-Fi). With a capacity of 7 people, it has 3 bedrooms with beds made upon arrival. The sofa is convertible. Towels and folding crib available. Private parking.

Apartment located upstairs in a contemporary house with independent access. It is decorated in a design and refined style. It is composed of one bedroom with a double bed 180X200, one bathroom, one living room kitchen with a sofa bed. The 50 sqm apartment has its own 8m2 balcony. It gives you private access (only for you) to fitness and wellness areas (jacuzzi and sauna). The accommodation is located less than 10 km from the city center of Lille.

Gîte du Plateau de Féquières (Cherry Tree) Wattignies

House located on the Plateau de Fléquières, 13 minutes' walk from a bus line (every 10 minutes), close to the CHR Calmette metro station which provides quick access to downtown Lille. The accommodation adjoining another cottage and our house is located in the middle of nature without neighbors, in the middle of the fields. The garden and shared outdoor spaces are being developed but each apartment has an individual terrace and a secure parking space.

We welcome you to our 2 guest rooms, located in a real green setting, near the Phalempin forest. Easy access to large cities while being quiet. The accommodation has a living room and a kitchen on the ground floor, a terrace overlooking the garden, a bedroom with bathroom upstairs. The building is independent. Breakfast is served on site. A proximité du centre de gestion 59 pour les concours (10min à pied), et du stade Pierre Mauroy pour les concerts et événements sportifs (20min à pied ou 5 min en voiture).

Welcome to our 35 m2 studio. The studio is ideally located and is located opposite the Mons Sarts metro station (not even a 1-minute walk). Lille Flandres and Lille Europe train stations are two stations away. The city center is 10 minutes by metro. The studio is fully private and has private access via secure gate. The ceiling height is 2.10 m. If you come by car, there is free street parking.

We have renovated this farmhouse and are happy to make our studio located on the second floor of our house available. We hope to offer you a cozy little cocoon.
