This unique tree-top cottage is located 110 steps into the clouds at the end of the road in the quiet village of Tuwanek. Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

Cedar Grove Cottage

Nestled amongst huge cedars in an artist’s garden and just half a block from the Ocean, Cedar Grove Cottage is a wonderful space for romance and rejuvenation. The Cottage is a beautiful tiny house built by a Tibetan artisan, with a loft bed, pullout sofa, and kitchenette, private deck, propane griddle, outdoor counter and sink, and outdoor shower. The Recently added post and beam bathhouse features an enormous claw foot tub, in-floor heating and a large walk-in shower.
