Enjoy Seabrook year round. It's spectacular! Well-appointed two bedroom/ two bath second-floor condo with magnificent marsh view. Beautiful sunroom to relax while enjoying a glass of wine/coffee. Enjoy biking on the beach, tennis, pickleball, golf, & horseback riding. Three bicycles are included for pedaling on Island. Spacious apartment with high ceilings. The back porch has a fantastic view of Charleston harbor. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, very close to downtown and also to beaches. Private dock, kayaks, bicycles (not fancy) and the possibility, weather and tides permitting, of a motorboat ride around the harbor. Two upstairs bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, a private bath and a TV in each bedroom. Open space living and dining area join a fully stocked kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired.
