Vacation rentals with a patio in Seabright, Santa Cruz

This was a very nice apartment in a quiet, well-maintained complex. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had the basics we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Matthew was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The space itself was very clean and in a peaceful location, with some great hiking trails nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

I felt right at home. It was nice to get away for my daughter’s graduation from UCSC. The drive to the graduation wasn’t bad at all. I loved being near the water and was able to walk to the cliff side for a beautiful sunset view. I’ll definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the apartment while our house was getting remodeled. The location is great—walking distance to shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, and the patio was a great addition. The first-floor location and the large trees make the apartment cooler, but also a little dark. Overall, we had a good stay, and Cosme has been very responsive and flexible with our change of plans!

Great communication from airbnb host. I stay here quite frequently, always very clean. Parking always available, washer and dryer available. Internet available. Definitely recommend. 5 stars

Lovely stay for a few weeks! Clean, fully stocked, and pictures look exactly like the unit. The complex was quiet with security staff at night/early morning. Kathleen was quick to respond as well! Would def stay again.

Book this home for my boyfriend and I while we were visiting family and it was great! The hosts were very friendly and were very helpful as well. Would definitely book a stay here again next time we visit SJ!

We have stayed at many beach hotels and apartments and this may have been the best. Beautiful view of the beach, which is pretty quiet. And you can walk on the beach for a couple of hours in either direction. Also really enjoyed the location in Watsonville, which is the strawberry capital of the US. And nice to have Monterey and Santa Cruz nearby. Communicaiton with Pajaro Dunes was very good and helpful. Look forward to coming back.

Place was great. Especially loved the outdoor area. Tung was very responsive - we had an issue with the outdoor fireplace (which was really nice, btw) and he came over right away to fix it.

Very grateful for such a quiet and peaceful place to spend with family, GORGEOUS VIEWS! Very clean, one of the cleanest we have ever seen. You can tell how intentional and considerate the hosts are, as the home so very well kept and clean. Hope to stay again soon!

We so enjoyed staying at Ian‘s place. The house was very comfortable and is located in a great neighborhood. It’s quiet and I so enjoyed taking my dogs for a daily walk. The home is close to some great restaurants and a wonderful park where we found a friendly Pickleball community. The area is also quite bike friendly and we took a ride with some great views of the ocean. The Co-host, Ryan, was very helpful and great about getting back to me. We hope to come back again.

Dona's home was fantastic! We loved hanging out on the outdoor patios (front and back), walking to the beach, and it was a quick Uber ride to downtown bars and restaurants. We had a few questions and concerns when we arrived, and Dona was quick to respond. This Airbnb was great for our group of four and furry friend - no issues at all. I would highly recommend it to others!

Omg, Anton’s place was just perfect! We could never get enough of his beautiful home and the incredible view! Wow! Everyday, I would just sit outside and stare at it! It was wonderful being so close to nature! During our stay, we saw deer, turkey, cows right in our backyard! Amazing! It is so close to nature and yet, the location is so central and is very close to everything! It’s like a little paradise in the heart of the city! And the house was so complete, we couldn’t have asked for anything more! There was even a newly installed jacuzzi that Anton would let us use! Anton is a very generous and caring host! And he was always just a call away! My husband told me we should always stay at Anton’s when we are in San Jose😊 we love the place!

This was a fantastic place to stay!! The only odd aspect was an 8:00 pm curfew. Otherwise, it was very clean, well managed and comfortable. The view is amazing and the walk to the beach is 💯

Our favorite part was the walk to the expansive beach. The resort is very nice, and the condo was great.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It’s absolutely perfect and has everything you could possibly need. We were especially delighted to find chopsticks, which totally made our day since we were planning to have ramen and thought we’d have to use forks! The view from the condo is stunning, like something out of a movie, and it was such a treat to have easy access to the beach. Watching the sunset was one of the highlights of our trip. The host was very responsive and provided clear, helpful instructions for everything, from check-in and check-out to using the washer. The check-in process with the gate attendant was smooth and made us feel extra secure. Everything was super clean and thoughtfully prepared. We stayed at several Airbnbs along Route 1, and this one was undoubtedly the best. Highly recommend!

Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

Perfect for a peaceful holiday within walking distance of a beautiful beach, warm heated pools and stunning coastal views. The apartment was super clean, quiet and we made use of the gas fireplace in evenings for heat and atmosphere. I was able to park in front of the property no problems. Will definitely stay again!

The location of the condo was superb. The few minute walk to the beach was so convenient and the view was breathtaking. Everything was clean inside and the parking garage was directly around the corner. I would come here again.
