Yellow House: surrounded by the nature of Capão

The house is located in a forest full of Judas trees and other native trees. It is quite comfortable, fully furnished and was recently built. The difference is a sustainability proposal. It has an ecological septic tank, compost bin (for organic waste) and compartments for separating garbage. The surroundings are very quiet (it is on a dead-end street), with the right to the birdsong and lots of greenery. The location is fantastic: 5 minutes from the villa (car), 15 min (by foot).

We are approximately 5 minutes by car and 12 minutes on foot from the village, which is the cultural/commercial center (where everything happens). It is close and far away, since you can enjoy the easy access, but also find the silence and peace of the proximity of the mountains. Large garden, with a wonderful view of Morro Branco. WE LIVE ON THE SAME PROPERTY and are always available.
