Sea Pines vacation rentals

Staying in the Sea Pines is pretty special, and this home was an amazing place to spend a week. The neighborhood is peaceful and surrounded by the beauty of the island. The house was pristine and very comfortable. There is plenty of space to accommodate a large family and they have included everything you could need with great attention to detail. The kitchen is fully stocked, beyond any other home we’ve stayed in and it felt above and beyond our expectations. We had access to a community pool about a mile away that is easy to bike to and also surrounded by live oaks in a peaceful neighborhood. The house has bikes, but we brought our own and took full advantage of exploring the area on the vast bike trails that connect to shopping, dining and the beach. If you’re considering a trip to Hilton Head, the Sea Pines is the place to stay, and this house has to be at the top of the list.

We stayed there a few days ago. We spent a few very relaxing and quiet days. The place was very clean. We go to the island every year. We book different places each year to discover new adventures. This house is very clean. I loved that part because I'm allergic to everything. Hahaha. 10/10🩵

This home is accurately advertised and was very spacious for the 4 members of our family. Lots of wildlife (deer) through the backyard in the evenings was a nice bonus. Very quiet community with easy access to bike paths and <5 minute ride to the private access beach path. Communication was excellent, leading up to our check in. All prearrangements (bikes, chairs, umbrella) were on site when we checked in. I would definitely return to this property again.

Our family of 5 stayed at Rick’s place for a week for spring break and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was easy walking to the beach, very fun to play in the heated pool, biking to Coligny for food, playground. We did a cookout one night in the cabana by the pool. The kids loved the bunk bed. The easy indoor/outdoor living was a delight. The TVs and remotes worked great. I enjoyed going on runs in the morning on the beach or on the biking/walking trail across the street from the house. The house had everything we could want like a stool for our 3 year old to use the bathroom sink to plenty of pool toys, beach toys, chairs, beach wagon, etc. The house also came with a pass to Sea Pines which was an unexpected treat!

Nice home, nice neighborhood, very comfortable. I really enjoyed the backyard by the pool with the sound of running water--took a couple of naps with that going! First trip to Hilton Head, didn't disappoint. The electric fireplace was a nice touch as well.

Can’t say enough great things about this house! It was absolutely perfect for our family (2 littles included). The location is so private and beautiful, we loved sitting outback watching the alligators daily! It’s so close to Coligny, we rented bikes and went all over sea pines too. Loved it!!!!

We really enjoyed our time at the home. It was easy to book; easy to communicate with the hosts; easy to get in; and easy to check out. The house was beautiful and looked out over a beautiful view. The street was quiet and the location was perfect for our family with everything just a quick bike ride away.

A perfect little place for one person or a couple. My dog and I enjoyed the home. The location was great, and Hilton Head was so nice. We loved being right next to the leisure paths, close to the Forest Retreat, and close to the beach. The location was quiet and relaxing to stay in, yet convenient to so many things on the island. I'd love to come back and stay there again. Margot was a wonderful host. It was a nice break for us.

Close walk to the beach and Coligny. The bed is super comfortable. The AC works really good. The kitchen is small, but has all the essentials. The little shampoo/conditioners were nice because we forgot to pack ours. The condo is decorated nicely and is quite cozy and comfortable.

Jill was responsive from the word go. She was helpful in helping us find the perfect place to have our anniversary dinner and knowledgeable about the area. Her place is quiet and great for a couple and would highly recommend if you wanted a getaway to HHI. We had never been before, but after visiting and Jill’s help, we plan to go back!

Condo was very clean and updated! Great location! Maria was great to work with and replied back immediately! Very accommodating. Had everything we needed and more! We highly recommend it to others!

So many positives. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want for meal prep. Lots of silverware. Even extra coffee, filters, condiments. If you can leave anything behind for the next guest, please do so. We left paper towels, toilet paper, plates, etc. Communication was fast, simple and timely. VERY clean. It was a great trip and their place made it absolutely worry free and pleasant. Thank you, Mike.

We had a wonderful visit. The was a small issue with the toilet when we arrived, and even though it was a Sunday followed by a holiday, she managed to take care of the issue quickly and with very little inconvenience on our part. We would recommend Gloria and this property

My wife and I had an amazing time at Jason’s place. Having access to the Hilton’s amenities, pools, and restaurants was a game changer! We will be back, HHI!

Robert’s oceanfront oasis exceeded our expectations! It was inviting, clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious! Bed was large and extremely comfortable! The private balcony with the lovely eating table and rocking chair, provided beautiful breakfast and lunchtimes for us! Beach chairs and bikes included, made for many wonderful beach memories. Beach access was just past the beautiful large pool. There is an ocean view from the balcony and you can hear waves crashing late night as well. We absolutely loved our stay and enjoyed many sunrise walks! Palmetto Dunes is a gorgeous community with incredible seafood restaurants and beautiful shopping just a 15 minute drive or some places a 5 minute bike ride away! We plan to return to this beach haven in the future! Thank you, Robert, for answering all our questions and even accommodating special requests! My birthday celebration with my husband was an absolute treat here!

This was a great condo for the wife and I. Easy parking, close to the beach and pool, had all amenities needed for a week long stay! The bed was comfortable as most beds have my back hurting all week but this one was perfect and no back pain! The host quickly responded to any questions. Would stay here again!

Place was exactly as described. Had one small hiccup and Janet was very responsive and had it resolved. Directions/instructions in house were very helpful for things like TV, A/C, etc. Can’t beat the view if you’re a golf fan, sitting on the screened in porch and watching the 9th at Harbour Town. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants at the lighthouse, so a very convenient location. Highly recommend!

This was our third time staying at Seaside Villas and our first time in this unit. We loved the direct ocean views. Very relaxing. We had no issues and we would select this unit again on future trips.

This villa is in a Prime Location - directly across the street from Coligny Plaza that has all sorts of shopping and restaurants. Pool Bar Jim's is nestled in between the 2 beautiful pools of the villa grounds and just a block or so down the street is the Beach Bar that has live music pretty much every night. We could literally walk to where ever we wanted to go!

Excellent stay! Great location for walk/bike to restaurants and shopping. Absolutely beautiful beach. Everything was exactly as it looked when viewing on Airbnb and very clean. Hope to be back!

Meghan’s place was clean and comfortable. I was there with 6 ladies for a tennis tournament and we had plenty of room! Very convenient/walkable to sea pines racquet club. Meghan was very friendly and accessible. She offered many recommendations and was very patient with all my questions! Would stay there again.
