Quiet and cozy street, JR Shisui Station is very close, 2 stops directly to the airport; outlets, 2020 Ruju Hot Spring, leisure shopping one stop directly. We rent out Room 201, the entire private bungalow with a loft, where you can enjoy the entire comfortable private space with your family, friends... The outdoor stairs from the first floor of the house leads up to room 201, the keypad is hanging on the door, you can enter after taking the key. Room 201 has a standard 1.5m double tatami bed in the loft, and you need to climb a simple wooden ladder to reach the loft. The wooden ladder is a bit steep, guests who are not comfortable with it, please contact the host in advance, we will prepare the sofa bed in the living room for you. Please note that⚠️ if you need to use the 1.4m sofa bed in the living room, please contact us in advance at the time of booking and we will prepare the necessary bedding for the sofa bed. Shopping is very convenient near the supermarket, restaurant, 100 yen shop, and convenience store. Free Narita Airport pick up for guests staying 15 days or more ~ (If you need to be taken to Narita Airport or elsewhere, we will charge a service fee of 5,000 and above, please discuss the details with me ~)

The house is an exquisite two-story building with 8 separate loft apartments, each accommodating 1-3 people. It is perfect for couples, small families, or friends traveling together as neighbors, who can travel together without disturbing each other. It is located at the intersection of Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Nakano, Nishi-Shinjuku 5-chome station, and is close to the core area of Shinjuku or Shibuya. 5-minute walk to Nishi-Shinjuku-Gochome Station, take the Toei Oedo Line, two stops to Shinjuku; 11-minute walk to Nakano-Sakaue Station, take the Marunouchi Line and Toei Oedo Line, 2-minute walk to the bus stop, 23-minute direct to Shibuya Station. From Haneda Airport, transfer 1 time, about 60 minutes to the house, Narita transfer 1 time, about 110 minutes to the house. The apartment is surrounded by mostly single-family homes and low-rise apartments inhabited by local Japanese people, so you can experience the real life of the locals and rest efficiently. There are several 24-hour convenience stores, chain drug stores, and eateries near Nishi-Shinjuku Gochome Station. The entire house is well lit and ventilated, with a full range of kitchen utensils and appliances.

It is located on the ground floor of the building. This room has 2 rooms & a loft. With a private entrance, the toilet, bathroom, kitchen, and rooms are all private and exclusive. It is equipped with a large TV and free WiFi. There is one air conditioner in each room. (There are a total of 2 air conditioners) There are two single beds and two double mattresses in the loft. When you want to use the room more spaciously, you can stack the single beds. Convenient for shopping with convenience stores (7-Eleven, Lawson, Family Mart) a 2-minute walk, discount store MrMax a 3-minute walk, and supermarkets (SUNY, MAXVALUE) a 3-minute walk. There is a fridge, microwave, electric pot, pots, and various dishes for cooking. Salt, pepper, and olive oil are available. The washing machine and laundry detergent are available for free. Towels and bath towels are provided for the number of people. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, toothbrushes, and toothpaste are provided. Please bring your own clothes. We also have a room next door in the same building, so please use it if you have a large number of people.
