I was in town for a party, and needed a place to stay. This property was conveniently located, with onsite parking. It was clean, and the host was communicative. Met my needs perfectly.

Great location for being nearby LIU. Great backyard for the dog- if you have a large dog like we do. Fence on one side (gate) can easily be gotten under by a dog who wants to leave. House was cute and in a nice area. We expected the basement smell as it rained all week before we arrived. It was not that bad after the first day. The dishwasher had the previous renter’s stuff in it so we had to unload before loading ours as instructed. Also we took garbage out to back gate as instructed but it was quite full already. No swiffer or broom to sweep up the debris tracked in from the muddy yard. Happy with the space. Comforters were so comfy! We didn’t expect to be so close to a firehouse and hear an alarm multiple times a night every night. Not sure if that’s the norm. It was quite loud. Nothing the host could’ve done, just surprised us. Ants are a known issue- sprays available and traps but I had the dog so couldn’t use. Water crickets were gross. Entry is safe. Host very responsive

We really loved our stay. The space was spotless, cozy, and you could feel the care that went into it — it wasn’t just beds and four walls, it felt like somewhere someone genuinely wanted guests to feel at home. Beautifully decorated, super well stocked (even had extra blankets and fresh-baked cookies!), and just really easy to settle into. Communication was kind, responsive, and thoughtful the whole way through, which made everything even smoother. We’d absolutely come back in a heartbeat.
