Great stay on the river, easy bicycle fun. Nice elevator to 2 nd floor. Great view from roof with fire pit, if weather cooperated. Lots of food and drink within walking distance.

We had unexpected travel arrangements that we needed to make for a funeral the week of Thanksgiving for our large family. Jeanne was so helpful with our last minute stay accommodations. She knew we were traveling with a toddler and had multiple pack and plays for her one in basement and one upstairs because I had mentioned I didn’t know which space she would sleep in. She had toys available for her to play with and a high chair setup in the kitchen. Left breakfast for our large crew and even a bottle of wine. She thought of everything. The house was equipped with everything you could need in the gourmet kitchen including sippy cups, toddler plates and silverware. She ensured we had more than enough towels and left a stocked closet filled with toiletries. 2 coffee bars stocked with everything we could need including teas and hot chocolate. Since we were arriving late she had the porch light on for us. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you Jeanne for everything!!!

Don't miss this GEM!!!! This home was so much more than what is presented...it totally exceeded our expectations and we can't say enough about it. The house was immaculate and decorated so beautifully, yet comfortably. You felt very much at home. The view of the river made it so serene and peaceful, whether sitting inside looking out those beautiful big windows or being outside sitting on the deck, or the chairs in back of the house or on the adirondack chairs around the firepit. We were even surprised with a fire ready for us one evening. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The location was ideal for Quad City activities. We highly recommend and are looking forward to returning!

Great place to stay. Premium location, directly across all the shops. A historic house with a beautiful kitchen that has views of the river. Patio is relaxing and looks over river as well. No bedroom shares direct walls which is nice, and back bedroom has two queen beds! There is an event space downstairs but the event was over early enough it never bothered us. This would be a great place to rent out as a whole for reunion, retreat, or small gathering. It’s very charming and has been kept in great condition. Highly recommend

Grown kids and grandchildren were in town for a family funeral. This was a great place to decompress. Hot tub was a bonus. The host replied immediately when I had a question. LeClaire is a super cute town. Great place, great stay.

Quaint place that fit the bill for what we needed for an out of state wedding. What stood out the most was the cleanliness. Eric was very responsive and did his best to accommodate an early check in.

The interior of the property was immaculately clean, well-designed and decorated, and quite comfortable. I did however notice that the location of the property is such that there is a consistent “highway” noise that you can hear in the unit at all times if you do not have music or TV on in the background.

The views here are stunning. The place is beautiful. So nice!! Brought our boat with. Area to put a in the river boat in and park truck with trailer very close to the Airbnb. It was the perfect set up for what we had in mind. I’d stay there forever!!

The place was extremely clean and felt like I was at home. The bonus of using the garage to park the vehicle was great. I did not encounter any issues during my 3 night stay. I would recommend this condo to anyone and I will stay there again next time I am in the Quad City area.

Had a wonderful stay! Brian answered all my questions in a timely manner and was very helpful throughout our time here! My family enjoyed the all the space, everyone had their favorite spot!
