A short walk to Minot Beach and the lovely Minot neighborhood. Close to charming Scituate & Cohasset Harbors with their great restaurant scenes. 5 minutes to the Commuter rail into Boston.

Set in a quiet cul-de-sac at the end of our driveway, this tiny house is part of our family compound and working horse farm. We have many animals. Enjoy your space, knowing we are just 50 yards away should you need anything. This is a true tiny house experience. The kitchenette has everything you need. The sleep loft is accessible by a ladder and has a low ceiling. Disclaimer there is no door on the toilet, which is tucked away in the kitchen area. WiFi connection is not guaranteed.

Large private room located in the Basement of a single family home. The home is conveniently located less than one minute from route 3 half way between Boston and Cape Cod. The room has a full size bed, and a euro lounger that can be used to relax and watch TV or reclyned for sleeping. There is a kitchenette located in the room which has a Fridge with top freezer, a microwave and a Keurig . The private bath is located inside the bedroom. Cool off in the pool during summer months.

Wonderful location located in north Weymouth. Quiet, Spacious studio apartment. Outdoor deck with patio furniture. Plenty of space for 3 guests max. - Walking distance to George lane beach & Wessagusset beach. - Convenience store, Pizza & Sandwich shop on our block. - 2 miles to Hingham shipyard - 5 miles to Nantasket beach - In between several commuter rail stations and across the street from a bus stop. - 4 miles to Quincy center - 30 minute drive to Boston!

Beautiful studio in Scituate Harbor for one or two. All the conveniences in one small space. Private entrance and bath with views from your private deck and patio. Walk to EVERYTHING. Many great restaurants and shops. Queen size bed. (Some of the older reviews may mention the sleeper, which we replaced with a queen bed.)
