The historic Brunnenhäuschen and Schloss Martfeld are within walking distance in 10 and 20 minutes, as well as three playgrounds, a small soccer field and the forest with beautiful hiking trails. Also two supermarkets, a pharmacy, a beverage store are close by. The nearest bus stop is about 300 m from the house.
