Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Facilities: 2 living rooms, kitchen-living room, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are as welcome guests as their pet. Our lovingly restored apartments are located in a former barn of our organic farm. The approximately 300-year-old farm is located in the middle of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette Nature Park. In the immediate vicinity is Lake Borner and Lake Harik. We cultivate permanent pasture with a suckler cow herd, consisting of approx. 20 animals that spend the summer in the pastures. We stayed 11 days in the apartment and felt very comfortable from start to finish. The communication with David was fabulous. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The apartment is modern and furnished with love. We lacked nothing. Those who love bike tours and excursions to Dutch cities such as Roermond, Venlo, Maastricht, and so on are in good hands here. Great bike paths through nature. I'm sure we'll be back!

We had a very nice weekend at Monika's residence. It was spacious, clean and practically furnished. Monika always responded quickly to messages and provided delicious fresh bread on the 1st morning. In the evening, we sat under the canopy and enjoyed the beautiful backyard. Highly recommended!

My stay at Karina's place was just great! The apartment is not only beautiful but also incredibly cozy. It is located in a quiet area, is flooded with light and exudes a wonderful feel-good atmosphere. The decor is modern, stylish and designed with a lot of love for detail, the apartment immaculately clean, so I felt completely comfortable from the beginning. You immediately notice that everything has been thought of here to make a perfect stay for guests. I will be more than happy to come back! My stay at Karina's place was absolutely fantastic! The apartment is beautiful and incredibly cozy. It's in a quiet area, filled with natural light, and has a wonderful, inviting atmosphere. The decor is modern, stylish, and thoughtfully put together. The apartment was spotless, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a perfect stay for guests! I would definitely come back anytime.
