This is a lovely apartment with everything you need. My wife was very impressed with the hairdryer and the washing set up. The location is prime with buses and underground within 100m. Convenience store and restaurants just around the corner. Laura is very quick to respond, a friendly host with local knowledge to help you navigate any uncertainty.

L'appartement est spacieux, moderne, lumineux et douillet pour y passer un agréable séjour. L'arrivée dans les lieux est simple grâce au système de boîte à clés installé. L'endroit est calme et le parking aisé. Bien équipé dans tous les espaces pour le confort des occupants. Tout y est prévu pour poser ses valises et profiter. Nous avons passé 4 jours de parfaite détente. Le propriétaire est réactif et sympathique.

Monika was very friendly and responsive, apartment looked exactly like it did in the photos. Everything was spotless and the apartment had lots of character; very spacious and unique. It was also steps away from Marienplatz, which was very convenient. Our only negative was that the elevator broke right before our visit and we were on the 6th floor. Monika was kind enough to let us know in advance and even offered to carry our bags up, but they were very heavy and strapped to our backs so we didn't want to be a bother. If the elevator was working, we would 100% stay here again.

The home is well located in a nice and quiet neigbourhood, walkable to the city center, you have a lot of caffe and bars. The apartment was clean and we had everything we wanted.

Bereits vor der Buchung stand Simon für jede Frage zur Verfügung und antwortete überaus schnell. Der Kontakt war jederzeit total sympathisch und freundlich! So hatten wir bereits bei der Buchung ein gutes Gefühl. Das Apartment ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist man mit Bus und U-Bahn, welche alle paar Minuten fahren, schnell im Zentrum. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, modern und schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! ☺️ Ganz klare Empfehlung!

Super schöne Wohnung Nähe der U Bahn Haltestelle Münchner Freiheit. Sauber und ruhig: Urlaub in einem tollen Altbau. Lion ist ein toller Gastgeber, sehr kommunikativ und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Die Wohnung von Necla war wirklich super – sauber, gut gelegen und mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders schön: Meine Tante war so begeistert, dass sie in keiner anderen Airbnb-Unterkunft mehr ganz zufrieden war – sie hat alles ständig mit Neclas Wohnung verglichen! Ein echter Lieblingsort, den wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden.

We had a fantastic stay at Rainer’s home during our trip to Munich. The property is spacious, newly renovated, and beautifully furnished with a warm, inviting interior that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the large, well-maintained backyard—our kids absolutely loved playing there, and it provided a perfect space for us to relax. The home is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to scenic walking trails, which we enjoyed exploring as a family. There was also plenty of parking space available, which made things very convenient. Rainer was a wonderful host—attentive, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and offered great local recommendations. Overall, this was a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Rainer’s home to anyone visiting Munich and surrounding area.

Our family just spent a week in Chris’s home while visiting Munich and Bavaria. It was the perfect home base for taking the train into Munich (station is a 2-minute walk down the street), as well as day trips we took to drive to Fussen, Berchtesgaden, and Salzburg. The home was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. Many extra amenities and items were provided, we felt right at home! Chris was available to meet us in person but we opted to do a later check in to tour Dachau on our way, so he sent me very detailed videos and instructions on how to get the key from the lockbox and how to work the cooktop, lights, instructions for recycling etc. We loved the restaurant recommendations Chris gave and ate at both the local German restaurant/biergarten and Italian restaurant twice each. Both a quick (5 minutes or less) walk from the house. The house worked perfectly for our family of 5 - plenty of room to spread out and room for more. The extra half bath was nice to have as well!

The house was clean, spacious and nice! It matched exactly the pictures. It was in a quiet area with lots of parking spots outside. The host was very responsive and kind! We enjoyed our stay.

Wir haben uns im Haus von Sophia und Patrick sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Es bietet viel Platz auch mit mehreren erwachsenen Personen. Die Kommunikation mit Patrick war sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Ein paar Minuten vom Haus entfernt, erreicht man mit dem Auto das P+R Neuperlach Süd, von dort ist es mit der U-Bahn etwa 25 Minuten ins Zentrum.

Den Aufenthalt bei Thomas kann ich sehr empfehlen. Die Lage ist toll und die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Thomas war sehr freundlich und ich kann die Unterkunft u eingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

Very nice, quiet, and comfortable house with a great outdoor space. The kids loved the chickens, bunnys, and the trampoline. Lots of opportunity for kids to play and have fun. Very enjoyable for us grown-ups, too, with nice indoor and outdoor spaces and a decently equipped kitchen. Very friendly and welcoming hosts.

Schönes Souterrain-Appartement in ruhiger und sicherer Umgebung. Exzellente Küchenausstattung. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Además de las atenciones del anfitrión y el buen estado del departamento, nos sentimos en casa y fue una parte importante para disfrutar la experiencia de vivir en un vecindario familiar, muy agradable, bien localizado y con excelente infraestructura de restaurantes, parques, supermercados, tiendas, etc.... Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Peters Ferienwohnung verbracht. Peter ist sehr nett und hat immer zügig geantwortet. Er hat unserer kleinen Tochter sogar extra einen Hochstuhl und ein Kinderbett besorgt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, sauber, groß und modern eingerichtet. Es gab genug Platz für 4 Erwachsene und ein Kind. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und die Nespresso Kaffeemaschine ist toll, ein Geschirrspüler wäre noch wünschenswert. Die Waschmaschine ist optimal mit einem Kleinkind (ein Wäscheständer wäre noch gut). Im Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss kann sehr warm werden aber es gibt ein Deckenventilator und ein Klimagerät. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen, wenn wir nach München fahren.

Alles super! Sehr schönes Haus, tolle Einrichtung, sehr ruhig. Es gibt sogar ein prall gefülltes Bücherregal. Zum Kochen war alles da, Gewürze, Öle etc. Zur Begrüßung gab’s Brezeln und kleine Snacks sowie gekühlte Getränke. W-LAN war gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent equipments provided, I was surprised that there was a PS4 console which actually worked. Spend a good few hours on it. Also, can’t ask for more regarding cooking related equipments. You will have what you need. Comfy sofa and beds. Both toilets were super clean and nice. Massive balcony as well.

Tom’s place was quiet and felt very safe. The pictures and description of the home were accurate. We arrived early and he let us keep our luggage at the property until it was time to check in. The bus stop was a short walk from the property that made it easy to get around the city. Tom was very helpful on helping us figure out public transportation. All around great place and would stay again!

Wir haben uns bei Franziska rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft – direkt vor der Haustür beginnt die Natur, ideal für Spaziergänge, Fahrradtouren oder eine kleine Laufrunde. Auch mehrere Seen sind in der Nähe und gut erreichbar. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, sodass man problemlos selbst kochen kann. Wir waren zu viert plus Baby unterwegs und hatten ausreichend Platz – sowohl drinnen als auch draußen. Besonders schön war es, morgens auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken und die Ruhe zu genießen. Vielen Dank, Franziska, für die tolle Zeit – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist super geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Inklusive voll ausgestatteter Küche mit Geschirrspüler. Die Lage hat uns toll gefallen, es ist absolut ruhig in der Gegend. Auf der tollen, überdachten Terrasse kann man es sich auch schlechtem Wetter gut gehen lassen.
