Maria was available 24/7 if we needed her. The location was perfect for walking for food (restaurants or the market) as well as walking to attractions and the train station.

We flat right at home, the flat is in a quite residential area and the metro is around 6-7mins walk. Overall great experience, I will definitely return on my next visit to Munich in 2026

First to say that the accommodation is as you can see on the site, it is very cozy, despite the tremendous cold that it did some days, in the interior it did not feel at all. Then say that the Pasing neighborhood is beautiful, low houses with courtyards, green spaces, 0 noises, and despite being a little far from the center of Munich, 100 meters away there is a bus stop that in 10 minutes leaves you at the Pasing train station, where every two or three minutes you have a train that leaves you on HBF or Marienplatz in 15/20 minutes, and it works perfectly! Highly recommended also if you like to live the experience of how the Germans live.

A nice, affordable accommodation, relatively close to the old town. Very quiet location, close to the Arrabellapark subway and is located right by the park. The photos correspond to reality. It was clean and the shower pleasant. Yes, the dishes, especially the cutlery in the kitchen, could have been a little cleaner and you should know that you can't cook 3 courses in the kitchen, for us and the most necessary for breakfast it was enough. We were just missing a toaster.

Came to visit the Bauma exhibition and stayed at Julia's homestay for 5 days. Great experience in every aspect. First of all, the homestay is very close to the exhibition hall, about 1km walk to the S line, dm and another big supermarket near Baldham station, and there are several restaurants, which can solve the problem of transportation and eating. Secondly, the homestay is on the third floor attic, which is more spacious than I thought, so I don't have to worry about bumping into things. The bedroom bed is also very large and comfortable. There is a kitchen, bathroom, balcony, and all the facilities are very new and easy to use. Finally, the host Julia is very nice and welcoming. She recommended several nearby restaurants and responded promptly to any questions.

Konstantin was in constant communication on the day we arrived with good instructions to find the apartment complex. Once we found the units, we walked through the entrance for parking and called him. There’s no lift so be prepared to carry bags. Not a big deal, it is Europe! The unit is a short walk from the U4/U5 and a tram stop, super easy for transport into the center of the city. The kitchen is adequate for a quick meal but with all the good food in München why would you eat in? The Alexa Von Harder patisserie right downstairs is the perfect start to your day. Loved our stay and Konstantin made it a lovely trip. We will be back.

Christiane’s place is beyond great! It’s an amazing location, the place is neatly decorated and clean! They were so friendly and nice! Amazing people to be around, she was extremely helpful about what to do and where to go! I’m looking forward to come back! If you ever go to Munich this is the place to stay! I couldn’t be happier with my selection! I congratulate you guys for the amazing place!

We loved our stay here. Walking distance from the train which made accessing Munich very easy. A beautiful residential street with great surrounding pubs and cafes. We would absolutely recommend to our family and friends

Giselle's house is in an area of residential Munich, well served and well connected to the center. Spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished. It was like being at home, with everything you need especially if you are traveling with small children. Thanks again for your amazing hospitality.

There are 3 cats to pet, that should be enough to convince you 😋 Hans was very helpful and the place is very clean and nice. The cats are also lovely.

Nicolas was very friendly, open and communicative, explained everything necessary for the use of rooms, bathrooms and kitchen. His references to deals in the area were very helpful. The equipment is very convenient, the bed comfortable, the house is in a completely quiet area - despite good transport connections (both by car and train). Roommates are also friendly. Check-out was extremely comfortable. We will be happy to come back.

The accommodation is very suitable for a large group. Beautifully located directly on the lake and well equipped. Plenty of seating inside and out. Communication with the host was very good.

George is an extremely responsive host and will help without needing to ask. Constantly offers beers and occasional meal if he’s cooking - just overall very hospitable. As a solo female traveler, this kindness can make me a little wary but all went well.

Yiran is a wonderful host and Human. She is empathetic and friendly. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend her place. It's right by U bahn station and well connected to centre. She is very understanding and I am glad I got to stay at her place. There is also a cute house cat 😺. Thanks Yiran for being so kind and flexible. Btw I had good time in Regensburg 😀

Peter is literally a super host. He was very helpful throughout my stay. I really liked the house—it has good connections to Munich city center. The room was clean and comfortable. I had an amazing stay, thanks to Peter.

The apartment is located about 5-10min walk from the Rosenheimer Platz S-Bahn Station providing peace and quiet at night. There is also the Motorama Shopping plaza above the station with has an Aldi, HIT, DM, and other conveniences. The apartment is cozy, with a Murphy bed (to generate extra space), couch, TV, Balcony, small kitchenette area and is comfortable for 1-2 people. Adi was very proactive, provided clear instructions and even provided us with a week’s worth of water bottles, juices, and chocolates which was a very nice gesture. Overall, it was a good experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

Benedikt was a great host. He followed us from the beginning and was always ready and available. The apartment is very nice, clean and equipped with all comforts.
