Deliciously soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately upon arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2 p.m. Check out before 10:00 . Parking is free with us on the driveway. So no parking fees! Our price includes tourist tax. This small shed in our yard Hofstede de Boetselaer used to be a "COOL"cell for young potato plants. We have converted it into a 'COOL' cottage to come and enjoy among the fields and on the West Zeeuws Vlaamse coast. For those looking for nature, privacy, minimal distractions, and tranquility. The garden is visited by many birds, from small to large. From the buzzard to the little goldcrest and lots in between. With two separate bathrooms a plus for two couples/friends, family.
