Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs into the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. WiFi is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, for example on our stream bridge or in the stable passage.

The apartment is situated in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a light room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping possibility and has a wide of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 persons. On the sofa there is a foam padding of about 6 cm. A normal bed is used as another sleeping option. Parking is very close by.

We felt very comfortable in the "villa". It's not super easy to find and the description should be optimized a little. The villagers: But inside, they already know and Maxi also welcomed us super nicely. We would have had an infinite amount of conversation with permaculture and self-sufficient living! The cottage is quaint and cozy, well equipped and the view of the beautiful Jagst Valley is simply fantastic. A highlight is definitely the pizza oven, as well as the swimming spot about a 20-minute walk on the Jagst, which we both used and enjoyed despite (or because of) autumnal temperatures. Thank you for the wonderful time, Namaste 🙏

Super nice family and a stylish and modern furnished apartment in a skillfully renovated historic building. Our e-bikes could be safely accommodated and charged. The orderly and without electrical support hardly manageable climb to the destination was absolutely worth it.

Arrive, be amazed. Meet Birgit. A human soul. The whole house is the same: with soul. In a word, the tree house apartment is: healing. Birgit's welcome was so warm, open and sincere. You rarely experience that. Did me good. The apartment is a special place. We were able to switch off immediately, breathing became calmer, deeper. A weekend that will resonate for a long time. Birgit is always very accessible, in person or in writing. You can rely on them, that's just great. In the apartment there is everything you need. Birgit also provided us with a lot of filtered water, milk, coffee... a great selection of spices, vinegar, oil... Great! Thanks again for everything, we'll be back.
