The apartment is the complete upper floor with a large living/dining area, double bedroom, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, stove, fridge, etc.) The apartment is located in the center of Helmstedt (district of Barmke) and is easily accessible via the A2. It is quietly located and a lot of light comes into the apartment through the large windows, with all windows equipped with shutters.

I felt very comfortable at the place. You have the upper floor of the house to yourself and Rolf is a very nice host. Thank you!

The spacious bathroom is lined with light-colored tiles and features a large mirror above a sink. A shower area is subtly separated by a curtain. Shelving provides storage, while a comfortable changing area is located in a corner, completing this practical space.

The apartment and the host Antje are highly recommended. I was received extremely kindly and there remained nothing to be desired and questions remained. I felt very comfortable in the residential rooms and on the terrace.

We booked with Jeff based on the very good reviews and photos of this apartment. It was really a very good decision and our expectations were more than met. This apartment is very high quality and Jeff and his wife really have a knack for furnishing and decorating. In addition, a beautiful indirect lighting "flows" through the entire apartment. ✨️ The terrace is also, as can be read in other reviews, really an absolute highlight with a fantastic view. Jeff was very communicative, friendly and absolutely eager to make us feel completely comfortable and that we lacked nothing. 😊 We enjoyed the days very much - thank you very much! The place was easy to find and the access worked through clear communication even without the presence of the host. From the kitchen, you have a great view of the blooming garden, which was a special highlight when cooking. All the basics such as toilet paper, soap, salt, pepper, etc. were available and we didn't miss anything. I would like to emphasize that you get 2 pairs of keys and so are not always dependent on each other. The host kindly searched again explicitly for forgotten items and the pick-up was straightforward. All in all a pleasant stay!
