The house was completely newly built with a lot of love for detail. With natural materials such as wood and clay plaster, we have paid attention to a healthy indoor climate. The wooden beam ceiling gives the house a spacious, airy room experience. Centrally, a large dining table can accommodate 10 people. All around are 3 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

Wiselka Holiday House- 1,4km zumStrand/Kamin+Sauna

This is a beautiful, 175qm large luxury holiday house-built in 2016 on a 900 sqm large, fenced plot. It's located on WOLIN island (Western Polish Baltic coast),10km east from Miedzyzdroje. You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. The beach itself: wide, wide, long, white sandy beach. In the house: a fire place+ sauna and 5 bed rooms (4 x double bed + 1 room with 2 bunk beds for kids)

A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

Our small wooden house is right on the edge of the forest, so you can watch deer or other wildlife while having breakfast on the terrace. We live on the neighboring property. There is also a 2nd apartment. Our children's playground with trampoline and swing is right behind the house in the forest. Our 2 single kayaks, 1 double kayak, 1 rowboat and 2 standups are available to our guests in the boathouse at Wurlsee by arrangement. There is a wallbox for charging at the house.

The house consists of two complete apartments, each with a kitchen and bathroom, as well as two bedrooms and two living rooms with sofa beds, whereby one living room is completely lockable, with its own access to the bathroom, so that this can also be used as a pure bedroom. Sankt Unterholz is a house with 150 m² of living space and 600 m² of garden for up to 9 people in Kraatz; a small village in the Uckermärkische Seen Nature Park. The building, originally used as a stable, was carefully and ecologically converted by us into a holiday and work oasis and is ideal to simply unwind, work together on projects, do yoga, or simply do nothing at all. Watch the children in the sandbox from the deck chair on the terrace.

Our little red brick house is and has always been an oasis to rest, relax, cook and dine well with friends, or just enjoy the Uckermark as a couple. This should continue to be the case and therefore we want guests who also like to enjoy it as much as we do. Enjoyment includes two bicycles, several small swimming lakes in the area, a bathtub from grandma's time ... and a garden that invites you to relax.
