Our apartment is located in an apartment building in the most forested and water-rich district of Berlin (Köpenick). We offer you an apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshagen directly on the Müggelspree river about 500 m before Lake Müggelsee. The apartment can accommodate 2 people with a child. Pets are allowed. The apartment consists of a large room with 6 windows that allow a beautiful view. The kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave invites you to cook. We also offer a sitting area with TV, a separate work area with desk as well as Internet access. The bedroom with double bed (bed linen & towels are provided) is located under the roof. The apartment contains a modern shower room. After a 5-minute walk, you are already in the historic Bölschestraße, which invites you to take a leisurely stroll with over 100 shops, a cinema (in summer also an open-air cinema) and restaurants. A quick supply of food is ensured with supermarkets within walking distance. By bike, you can explore the surrounding area or start a small or large excursion through the Spree Tunnel. At Lake Müggelsee, you have the opportunity to explore and enjoy the surroundings from the water with various motor ships. By tram you can reach the old town of Köpenick in about 15 minutes, where you can visit the famous Köpenick town hall with Ratskeller and the completely renovated castle with current art exhibitions. From the Friedrichshagen S-Bahn station (15 minutes walk or tram), you can immerse yourself in the big city bustle of Berlin after just 30 minutes.

Das wunderschöne Apartment liegt im idyllischen Berlin Friedrichshagen. Es ist vollständig renoviert und besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer, einer Küche mit Essbereich und einem Badezimmer. Zudem gibt es einen kleinen Garten mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse. Mit der S-Bahn ist man in 15 min am Ostkreuz und in der Innenstadt. Flat just outside of Berlin

Generous and light flat with own patio just outside of Berlin: 3km to Müggelsee, 21km to Alexanderplatz, 6km to Berliner Ring (dual carriageway into the city). If you’re arriving late we can provide breakfast for your first morning (12€), please just let us know beforehand. Public transport is a 5 minutes walk, and by tram and train it takes ca. 45 minutes to get to the centre of Berlin. If you prefer discovering the city and surrounding areas by bike, we also have two rental bikes available.

Die Wohnung liegt nur 30 Minuten vom Berliner Alexanderplatz entfernt. Mit der 300m entfernten Tram 88 und weiter mit der S-Bahn 3 sehr gut zu erreichen. Nach Grünheide sind es nur ca. 6 Km. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Wald, ist absolut ruhig und hat einen separaten Eingang. Auf Wunsch kann Frühstück mit gebucht werden, wie auch Abholservice von Flughafen BER oder Bahnhöfen. In nur 5 Gehminuten ist ein Supermarkt erreichbar. Sport,-Reit- und Wanderwege liegen direkt an.

We were completely happy and felt absolutely comfortable. Christiane is a great hostess and the apartment is very clean, cozy and has a lot of charm. We enjoyed the tranquility and the immediate proximity to the forest very much, while we were able to be in the center of Berlin within 40 minutes.

Warm and friendly Host couple, providing the best and most convenient travel routes. About 10 minutes walk to the supermarket. The neighborhood is safe and upscale. They also opened their private museum for us, and the industrial style of the locomotive is unique. The room was very clean. The kitchenware is rich and high-end. I recommend their home to everyone. I'll stay at their house again if I get a chance.

This accommodation was ideal for me in all respects. Dagmar and Chiristoph are exceptionally kind and considerate hosts and the accommodation itself is comfortable, attractively furnished, has lots of character and all necessary facilities. It is situated within a beautiful garden. The local region is wonderfully green, with lakes and forest walks, and is well worth exploring. Conveniently situated for public transport into Berlin.

We had a fantastic stay at Heinke’s tiny home! While we were studying abroad in Barcelona, we spent two lovely nights in Berlin, and I’m so glad we chose Heinke’s place. It was very affordable for us and nice to be outside the hustle and bustle of the city. The home is adorable and you can tell that it was put together with love. We knew it was far outside the city when we booked, but public transit got us there in around 2 hours, just be mindful of when the busses leave from the stop (Google Maps has the info)! Though we didn’t get to meet Heinke during our stay, we got to meet her parter Irvine, and he was so helpful showing us all around the property and giving us recommendations for shopping and the lake nearby! If we ever happen to be in Berlin again, we will certainly stay here! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
