We have 2 wonderful apartments, in a quiet location overlooking forest and meadows. At the same time, you are only about 600 m to the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

Our bright 80 sqm apartment "Traumzeit" (Dream Time), only 5.5 km from the popular Kaiserbäder, is located on the first floor of our house and is flooded with light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and is a real vacation idyll. Up to six people can vacation in the beautiful Ulrichshorst, within walking distance of Lake Wolgast with a swimming area and restaurant as well as a forest, which invites you to take a walk at any time.

Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

Relax in this special and quiet space. Small apartment in Bansin Dorf. 15 minutes by foot and train station and Lidl, 25 minutes you can reach the center of Seebad Bansin and the beach in 25 minutes. The apartment is quiet. Our apartment is the ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. There is a storage facility for the bikes under the carport. In front of the bungalow is a cozy corner for eating and grilling.
