The skiing and hiking areas in the Thuringian Forest (Oberhof with international competition venues and Schmiedefeld) are easily accessible by car in 20-30 minutes as well as by public transport.

In the state-recognized resort of Zella-Mehlis, we have lovingly converted a cozy apartment under the newly insulated roof of the "Villa Anschütz." The villa was built in 1911 by the founding company of the world-famous Anschütz Sportwaffen. This lovingly furnished vacation home was newly built in 2023 and impresses with its unique location and its unobstructed view on a plateau right on the edge of the forest. It is an ideal starting point for hiking/cycling tours in the Thuringian Forest and is ideally suited for couples, friends and families. The spacious property offers enough space. In the house, all 3 bedrooms are furnished in pine wood.
