Vacation rentals with a sauna in Schmalkalden-Meiningen

We had a very nice stay at this great apartment! Nothing was missing…The apartment is very spacious and hostess Sylvia was always available and responded very quickly to our requests.

We were very satisfied and had everything we needed. Steffi is super nice and gave us many valuable tips for excursions. Thanks again for that! 🙏

very nice apartment, simply furnished but cozy, everything worked, ideal for three people.

We (two couples on cycling holidays) felt very comfortable. Everything well maintained and well equipped. We could safely store the bikes in the garage. Very nice terrace. Langenbieber is also ideal as a starting point for the bike rides (Fulda, Wasserkuppe, Point Alpha, Noahs' sailing, Milseburg bike path anyway). Mr. Harnier is also a very pleasant and helpful host.

We spent a wonderful week in Christine's apartment. The welcome was warm and everything was prepared for the baby and my grandson (6 years old)... crib, high chair, toys, etc. We were able to use the pool and relax in the very well-kept garden. Thank you!

The apartment is located on the edge of a small village, from where you can start walks and hikes directly. One of the two horse farms of the family is within walking distance in 2 minutes, the other is in the village and is also within walking distance. For children, both the horse farm and the proximity to nature (forest and meadows) are very appealing, there is the possibility of petting horses and pony riding. The large apartment is super equipped with everything and for families with children (high chair, games, books, building blocks, baby stop for the bed) and has a sauna and a piano as highlights. I was there for three days with my daughter and three grandchildren and highly recommend this place: Very friendly owners, quiet rural environment, you immediately come down and find time and muse.

Apartment furnished with a lot of love for detail in which we immediately felt comfortable. Check-in was easily possible via a key box and yet the host was always available to us with a lot of understanding for questions. We arrived with a dog and were very pleased that a large basket and a bowl were ready for it. For our stay, everything was perfectly prepared with many little touches that we did not take for granted, but we could immediately feel even more comfortable. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend the accommodation to anyone.

We were in Mühlhausen over the weekend due to a sports competition. We were a little too early, then waited briefly and were able to enter the accommodation before the actual check-in (time). Everything was as described, modern and inviting. In the bedroom there was a blackout option for the window, with the window closed it was very quiet in the apartment (street is right in front of the house) At check-out, everything was pretty straightforward. I wrote a short message and Stefan apologized for the circumstances. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would book it again.

Beautiful, large and clean apartment. It has everything you need. Even toys for the little ones were there. The sauna is great. We felt completely comfortable and had a great time! Thank you for that!

We were very happy with the place. The only thing would be that the table in the kitchen and the table outside for 10 people at the same time is a little too small, but we still did well Steven was always available and also stopped by and gave good tips for activities. A nice place to recommend. ☺️

Our stay at Lohmanns Landhaus zum See was just wonderful! The combination of tranquility, comfort and wellness inspired us. The classic sauna and the easy-to-use hot tub ensured pure relaxation. The large terrace with sauna, hot tub and a cozy igloo to warm up was a real highlight. Sitting by the fireplace in the evening rounded off the day perfectly. We really liked the decor in the cozy country house style. Alex and Bianca were always available, responded quickly and welcomed us warmly. Particularly helpful was the lovingly compiled book with tips on attractions, cycling and hiking trails as well as restaurants. The quiet surroundings were ideal for switching off, and we were able to relax optimally. An all-round perfect stay – we will be happy to come back and can highly recommend it!

We (as a group of friends) had a great stay at Marion's old country school! The accommodation is not only beautiful, but also captivates with its special charm and stylish, lovingly selected furnishings – you immediately feel comfortable. The idyllic location made our stay even more special: quiet, close to nature and simply ideal for switching off. Communication with Marion was straightforward and reliable from the beginning. We felt completely well taken care of and would come back anytime. 😊

My sister stayed with family for three nights at Ivonne's and they felt very comfortable. The apartment is really something special with all the antique furniture! Communication with Ivonne and also her husband worked very well...browsing the antique shop right next door was a lot of fun! You should perhaps know that the stairs up to the apartment are very steep, you should have a safe step. The garden is very enchanting, you can start hiking directly from there. Would love to come again.

There were three of us with Marc and his family. Marc has communicated super friendly via the app from the beginning. He accommodated us fairly in the additional costs of towels and bed linen. In addition, we were also allowed to use the water box in the house. Great service! To the accommodation: The detached house is very idyllic and offers a lot of space and possibilities. It's well-equipped overall. Our personal highlight was the sauna in the basement area. If you can visually do without a super modern accommodation, this is the place to be!

Price-performance ratio fits well, with 6 people sufficient size. Contact with the host was nice and he was quick to reach. Hikes were possible in the immediate vicinity.

We were there with a dog over New Year's Eve. Beautiful house, no frills, very well equipped kitchen (I have to mention it: sharp cutting knives), very cozy and soundproofed. Didn't even hear the blast. Host very nice, ostramondra seems to host many dogs, in our case there was a lot of barking in the neighborhood, which did not bother us.

The cottage is very cozy and practical. It is located right on the edge of the forest, a great starting point for hiking. Silke and her husband are very hospitable. You could park right in front of the property.

Staying at Sonja's was really perfect. The house is spacious and very comfortable. We found everything we needed. There was even water and milk provided for us. Coffee was still sufficiently available. The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you need. In the dining area at the large dining table, we started the day with a good breakfast and ended the evening with a convivial get-together. The bathroom also left nothing to be desired. There are plenty of sleeping places in the house, also ideal for a family with children. Internet and TV worked great. Board games are available for exciting game nights. The terrace is very comfortable and quiet. The sauna is right next door, even though we didn't use it, it looked very inviting. In the area there is an Italian restaurant which is highly recommended. Our girls trip took us here this time. For 5 people, the accommodation is more than sufficient. The cottage is very cozy and well equipped. You can experience a lot in the house (sauna, table tennis, darts) or explore the area on foot from there. If you like it quiet, this is the place to be. The adjacent falconry is also a small highlight. All in all, we felt very well looked after and taken care of. HAPPY TO COME BACK!! :)
