Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

The zoo and the regatta course (Wedau) can also be reached within 20 minutes! You will stay on the 1st floor of our house, but enjoy privacy through your own entrance. Built in 2021, the house is located in the heart of Oberhausen. The quiet apartment of approx. 35 m² is located in the basement and has a separate entrance. Electric vehicles can be charged by prior arrangement.
