The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

The holiday home is located on the outskirts of the small village of Werna, population 200, which belongs to the town of Ellrich at the foot of the southern Harz Mountains. An open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with a fireplace invites you to enjoy convivial evenings. To rejuvenate, let yourself be wonderfully warmed in the infrared sauna, and after settling into the cozy Swiss pine bed, nothing stands in the way of a deep and restful sleep.

Our vacation home, in Sundhausen, consisting of an east apartment and a west apartment, offers a total space for 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.

Luxury apartment with views over Erfurt in the city center

The apartment is located on the first floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the foundation of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above it was rebuilt around 1850 and completely renovated in recent years. All interior walls of the outer shell of the house are worked with clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.

The accommodation is a separately enclosed apartment on the ground floor of our house, which was originally used for rural and gastronomic purposes. The apartment is newly renovated and technically modern. In addition to a small kitchen, they find a cozy ambience to feel good and relax. Our apartment is located in Herbsleben on an island directly on the Unstrut, not far from the Unstrut bike path. Our village Herbsleben is located in the middle between Erfurt and Bad Langensalza, about 25 minutes from Gotha and 45 minutes from Eisenach, in the heart of the Thuringian basin.
