Welcome to our cozy top floor apartment with south-facing balcony and beach chair! The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and coffee machine, a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine and a bedroom with a comfortable box spring bed. The highlight is the infrared cabin in the living room. The sofa bed can accommodate 1–2 more people. Bicycle cellar with charging facility and free parking available. Supermarket 50 m away, center 3 min. walk.

Cozy and centrally located apartment

Bright, friendly attic apartment. There is one double bed and one travel cot for infants in the bedroom and one couch in the living room. In the spacious kitchen you can eat in a cozy circle. In the bathroom there is a bathtub with shower partition. The apartment is located in my mom's house. She takes care of the key handover. When booking with a dog, there are an additional €5 per animal per night. Please pay the visitor's tax of €2.50 per person in cash on site.

The holiday home is located on the outskirts of the small village of Werna, population 200, which belongs to the town of Ellrich at the foot of the southern Harz Mountains. An open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with a fireplace invites you to enjoy convivial evenings. To rejuvenate, let yourself be wonderfully warmed in the infrared sauna, and after settling into the cozy Swiss pine bed, nothing stands in the way of a deep and restful sleep.

Our vacation home, in Sundhausen, consisting of an east apartment and a west apartment, offers a total space for 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.

The accommodation is a separately enclosed apartment on the ground floor of our house, which was originally used for rural and gastronomic purposes.
