Welcome to the Alma Suite: 28 sqm on the first floor of our 1929 boutique hotel – with a bathtub, walk-in shower and a private 12-sqm terrace facing southwest. Accessible and named after the farmer's wife who once lived on this farm. The country-style kitchen in the lobby is our common area: a breakfast room in the morning, otherwise a meeting place for coffee or wine. Approx. 1,500 m to the natural Baltic Sea beach. Breakfast service on request – your dog is welcome by arrangement.

The guest house is located in the center of Hamburg, in the middle of the university district of Grindel, Messe, CCH. Central connection buses, U+S-Bahn. Various sights, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. We are located in a quiet backyard. You can drive to the yard from 3pm to 6pm to load and unload, but you cannot park. There is the possibility to park 10 minutes from here for 25 € per night. With registration, there are 2 parking spaces available.

Equipped with everything you need, the double rooms in the guesthouse also have a colorful paradise look. A super comfortable 160 double bed creates the center of the room surrounded by an urban jungle.

Stylish, yet casual - our rooms are loving, yet pragmatic and above all super cozy. Just the thing for a visit to the Perle. In our double rooms, you can make yourself really comfortable as a couple and there's definitely enough space to do a cartwheel if you're in an extremely good mood. We deliberately avoid big frills and shine with Nordic pragmatism - but still stylishly packaged and with little highlights for those in love with detail.

With perfect access to the A23 highway and Tornesch train station (about a 5-minute walk), you can reach the city of Hamburg in less than half an hour Hamburg. Right nearby you will find plenty of supermarkets, discount stores, drugstores, gas stations and bakeries. (about 5-10 min. walk). With a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom.
