Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

Für Euren Urlaub - wenn nötig mit Schreibtischarbeit - super geeignet. Unser denkmalgeschütztes Fachwerkhaus wurde vor über 200 Jahren erbaut und ist frisch renoviert. Die "Haselnuss" liegt im EG des Hauses und ist ca. 50qm groß. Der große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Direkter Zugang zur Terrasse.

Die offene Gestaltung und die Liebe zum Detail sorgen für einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt. Ideal für Familien oder Paare, die eine Auszeit im Harz genießen möchten. Immediately after leaving the house, you are on the historic market square of the World Heritage city and can explore the city and its surroundings on foot or by bike. In the immediate vicinity there is a free lockable parking space as well as all public transport. The beautiful Harz Mountains are looking forward to seeing you!

Immerse yourself in a world of the past. The Gänsetrappe is a 335-year-old individual monument in the old town of Ballenstedt. The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. The originality has been preserved as much as possible and carefully combined with the contemporary requirements of a cozy vacation home.
