The carriage house is a completely stand alone building with our private home in the front of the property. The unit is on the 2nd floor and includes one parking spot in driveway . Driveway gate can be locked at night It borders Saratoga Racetrack, making it a few minutes walk to either entrance. Racing Museum, Fasig Tipton and downtown are all within 4 blocks. You can use our family (unheated) pool open mid June to September. Not suitable for pets or children. Special prices for long term.

Beautiful victorian home with upscale amenities and modern decor. Less than a 10 minute walk to downtown Saratoga Springs and the race track! Our home is a great place to host large groups, families, wedding parties, etc. This house has been recently updated in modern decor with upscale luxuries. There is also a large yard for outdoor activities. The private in-ground pool which is open seasonally, usually from end of May to mid September.
