A "green" bridge leads you to the apartment with underfloor heating without steps. All rooms - the bedrooms have laminate flooring, the others are tiled - have natural light. The terrace - south facing and with an umbrella - allows you to have breakfast outdoors in summer, for example. For children, there is a nice playground about 80 meters away.

The apartment is fully furbished with a well equipped kitchen. You will find towels and bed linen in the bed room. 2 additional guests can stay on the sofabed in the living room. We welcome pets here, please bring only 1 pet per stay! In case you would like to bring more, please contact us before booking. The river Fulda is directly next to us, with direct access. You can swim, try stand-up paddling or just enjoy the landscape after your bike tour or after having explored Kassel.

Historic half-timbered house

The guest apartment is located on the ground floor of a listed half-timbered house, the former Obermühle in Kaufungen. The house is quietly located in the old town center on the river "Losse" , directly on the hiking trails of the Kaufung Forest and below the collegiate church. It is a 5-minute walk to the shops and practices of the town center, and it takes about 10 minutes to get to the tram.
